I'm giving them 2 stars, because they did manage to get a unit installed and working.Short version: Do not use these guys, you may end up regretting it after dealing with months of incompetence. Long version: We ordered a HVAC unit through Lowes for a rental house in Palm Coast in December 2013, the unit was installed and everything was running well. After the install I started getting calls from Climate Control to schedule final inspection by the city. I reminded them every time to call the tenant in order to schedule. Then I would hear nothing until that call repeated a week or three later. This went on every few weeks for a period. Then the calls stopped and I assumed they had gotten it taken care of.On July 17 2014 I received a letter from them with some printouts and a handwritten note that I owed $40 re-inspection fee. Apparently they had scheduled an inspection 3/10/13 with out contacting anybody and the inspector was unable to gain access to the air handler.Note it took them 4 months to notify us of the failed inspection. I called the number on the note to find out what was going on. The "lady" that answered said that I had to pay for the re-inspection or "leave it alone and see what happens when you try to sell that house in the future". When I stated I thought they should have scheduled it properly and since they didn't they should pay it and schedule a new inspection she just said "well we won't pay it". At that point in the conversation I unfortunately got upset, vented a bit at this purported "lady" and hung up.I contacted the tenant and the city, paid the re-inspection fee and scheduled an inspection myself; 5 minutes of work, I wonder what "the lady" does all day. The day after the phone call the tenant dropped off a code enforcement notice from the city of Palm Coast that had been found taped to the garage door. There is a little known about ordinance in Palm Coast about blocking the HVAC unit from view from the street. Anybody who has ever been in Palm Coast can immediately see that it is rarely if ever followed or enforced. However, purely by coincidence we received a notice regarding that HVAC right after speaking to Climate Control. The point of this whole long tirade is: beware. Climate Control Heating & Air scheduling/customer service people are incompetent and ornery and will apparently be vindictive if you dare complain to them about their poor service.
http://rimart.us/2012/03/review-bj-restaurant-in-daytona-beach/BJ Restaurant is one of our family’s favorite dining places within the Daytona Beach area. Aside from their wide choices of food and beverages, we like the quick service from the staff and the hip-and-lively ambiance. Be forewarned though, the waiting line can be long, especially during dinner service. But if you are looking for peace-and-quiet, this is not the place for you. The other night, our family decided to eat dinner at BJ. On our way there, we were crossing our fingers, hoping for a shorter waiting period. We got lucky! We instantly got a table. The knight ordered his favorite New Orleans Jambalaya, which is really good. In fact, it was once my favorite, but I had to stop since I started my no-red-meat diet. Instead, I chose their Veggie Burger. The menu book does not really state what kind of patty they used, so I assumed that, it would be just like any other vegetable patty. I was wrong! Assuming is never good. The patty is basically just seasoned rice shaped like a patty. Perhaps, when the restaurant named it “Veggie Burger”, the vegetable part must refer to the lettuce, tomato and onion that come with the burger. Was I disappointed? Heck, yeah! It was all carb! A rice patty in a bun, that’s what it was to me. At the price of about ten bucks, it is not what I expected. But anyway, this does not stop me from dining there though. The other foods are too good to pass. Lesson learned – when in doubt, ask.

I recently came into this restaurant by accident on a recent cold day looking to warm up. Boy did I, I had the best chili I have had since TEXAS. Good flavors, hot and very spicy. I decided to stop back in on Sunday afternoon cause they advertised breakfast all day. I've heard this before only to find an egg sandwich served after 11, but to my delight at 2 in the afternoon I got a full breakfast. I had a 3 egg omelet filled with veggies and cheese, a large helping of potatoes and two patties of sausage. The FREE included mimosa was a nice surprise. My friend decided on the half pound black and blue burger that was cooked perfectly medium rare, something she has found hard to find at most restaurants. Both of our meals were delicious and the atmosphere relaxing and unhurried. Excellent food and service Hard to beat we will be back!!!!!
