Damore, Delgado, Romanik & Rawlins
I was very fortunate to retain the firm of Damore, Delgado, Romanik & Rawlins as my legal counsel for my recent case. Their firm's slogan is "Accomplished, Aggressive, & Experienced Trial Attorneys"...and thank god they are indeed that. My lead attorney was Aaron Delgado. I can't recommend him enough! For anyone needing legal defense, you want Aaron on your side. He was relentless in my defense pre-trial...and a skilled warrior in the courtroom. Without a doubt, he's a superb trial attorney. In the courtroom, along with his colleague, Dan Leising, Aaron displayed a deep and thorough expertise of the law, giving me a true sense of confidence that I was in good hands. His defense presentation and his strategic cross-examination of witnesses demonstrated an attorney at the top of his game. I have nothing but positives to say about my experience with DDR&R. I will retain the firm for any and all of my legal requirements from now on. They....are my attorneys! Thank you DDR&R for your tremendous work and commitment to me!

Damore, Delgado, Romanik & Rawlins
Unfortunately I was arrested, I didn't have an attorney. However I didn't want to use a Public Defender because I was worried about my freedom.I found the practice online and read all about the Attorneys and what they do.I immediately called and was able to speak to Mr. Aaron Delgato, explaining my horrible situation.Immediately he made me feel at ease and I knew I made the right decision. I went up to the office for a meeting to meet Mr Delgato and I also met His paralegal Anna Briggs. I was treated with respect although I was arrested for a serious crime.I was assured by the team that they would be able to help and get the best outcome they could from the Prosecution. The communication was constant during the several months the case had taken, and as promised my sentence was reduced to a much better level and I was able to go on with my life. The honest and sincere care to help me was awesome and I would recommend to any one who gets into trouble with the law call this firm.

Sam Masters Legal
Sam Masters Legal repersented me in a case against a city in Florida. He was very compasionate and understood the gravity of the case I had brought to him. He was upfront and honest with me about what to expect during the process. Sam and his staff were always warm and friendly during every interaction we had, and they always kept me informed and updated. He always explained every option and possible outcome when decisions had to be made about how to proceed. When my case settled, it far exceeded my expectations. The $$ amount was above the amount that I had anticipated, and Sam included many protections for me in the final relase of claim and settlement documents. The funds were made immediately available to me, and there were no hidden costs or fees deducted from the settlement amount. Sam handled this case from start to finish with my best interests at heart. He knew what my ultimate goals were in filing this lawsuit, and made sure that I achieved those goals.

Stepniak & Park
I hired Stepniak & Park in 2013 to address an assault accusation that was entirely without merit. I retained the firm to handle my divorce preceding which worked out exactly as he advised me on the outcome and at the present time the firm is retained for an ongoing custody battle. The firm is busy but they always get back to me in a timely fashion. They have settled many of my worries and have come through with flying colors for me and my children. With any court proceeding it would be in your best interest to speak to several attorneys before you put your interests in their hands. This firm is capable and reliable. The only attorney that could possibly do a better job for me and my family resides and practices in N.Y. My money has been well spent and my results have been exactly as advised. Handel, Diego
Diego represented me this year for a violation of probation for my 6 Juvenile Cases. Before Diego got appointed for my cases, I was at risk to go to a 2 year Juvenile Program and I was on probation for over a year and I was told I would be on it until my 19th birthday. As soon as I heard that might happen my parents hired diego. Diego is very professional, honest, and passionate. He worked extremely hard on all my cases. He helped complete my sanctions and always reassured me that everything will be alright. In the end Diego got me off probation, and he saved me from going to a 2 year juvenile program. I would recommend Diego to anyone, he is the only attorney I've ever had that actually seemed to care.

Wickersham & Bowers
ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! We retained Wickersham & Bowers for our condo association. Christopher Wickersham has been by far the best attorney we have found in Daytona Beach to represent our community. His experience has been invaluable. We had multiple attorneys before that we were extremely unhappy with their services. Since we found Wickersham and Bowers (and their helpful staff ) we could not be happier now. Thank you! =D

Sam Masters Legal
Working with Attorney Masters has been a very rewarding experience. He's not only professional, and always quick to respond, but he doesn't stop until he gets the results we want. I highly recommend Sam for your legal needs - I've never worked with anyone in the legal field who worked as hard, or responded to all my questions and concerns without hesitation, like he has. Wouldn't use anyone else!
Tips & Advices
When it comes time to choose a lawyer, you should start by searching close to home. If you do have attorneys you are familiar with, ask who they believe would be best for you. After going through personal references - especially from individuals who had similar needs - you should broaden your search through public information resources. You can call your area's attorney referral service or check legal organizations like Martindale-Hubbell. There are other resources available online, such as yellowpages.com. You can check websites for client reviews and other third-party forms of approval.
If you sign documents and you come across a word you don't recognize, or you need help to navigate important employment or real estate paperwork. Also, during times when personal matters intersect with legal proceedings, you might need to have an advocate to prevent your emotions from getting in the way. If you've been accused of a crime or are in a terrible financial situation, you can find an attorney who will work with what you have available.
When you hire a lawyer, you're agreeing to work with someone over a certain period of time. The more forthcoming the lawyer appears to be with individual needs, the better.
  • You need to ask questions about how the attorney will communicate with you and what responsibilities you hold in the relationship.
  • The attorney should let you know the best channel for quick communication and you need to inform him or her when you want updates.
  • You should also ask questions to get to know the attorney as an individual in order to ensure this is a person you can trust. Ask about their legal philosophy and how he or she views the lawyer/client relationship. Ask as how to keep fees down or what daily disruptions you should expect from a long legal battle.
You need to ask about every possible fee that will come up when working with an attorney. You should request a list of all costs in advance so you won't be surprised by additional expenses like overhead. Also determine exactly when you will start being billed. You want to inspect paperwork carefully. If the attorney charges you for his or her experience, you need to make sure he or she will perform tasks personally and not hand it off to an assistant. Find out if the attorney has a flat fee or charges by the hour. Many civil lawyers work on contingency. Make inquiries about how the lawyer plans to provide service for your money and what you can do if you start to feel unsatisfied with his or her performance.
You can ask how many similar cases they have handled and if they have special skills or training that applies specifically to your needs. Lawyers can't mention clients by name, but you should ask for basic details about identical past cases. You should check their office for the appropriate certifications and diplomas. You can also ask how long he or she has practiced law and request information that demonstrates the practice's success. Look for precise details such as percentage of cases settled out of court.

Just a moment...
