Clean CabDayton, Ohio October 1, 2012Dear Sirs,I would like to let you know about the excellent service that your cab driver Amy Youngerman of Dayton, Ohio provided. On Sunday afternoon, September 23rd, Amy picked up my father-in-law and son at the Comfort Suites hotel for their trip home to the Dallas area. This was my fourteen year old son's first airplane trip and special treat to see the National Museum of the United States Air Force. My camera, with which he took many pictures at the museum, slipped out of his pocket and was left in Amy's cab. The pictures were far more valuable to our son than the camera. Amy took the extra time to go back to the hotel and inquire of it's owner because there was no identification on the camera. Through several phone calls, she was able to reach us. Amy mailed the camera with her own money and we received it in less than a week. Amy showed great kindness, honesty, and has gone above and beyond to serve her customers. Wow! I have used Clean Cab approx 4 times over the past few months. The first 3 trips, i had nothing but incredible experiences. I have had a different driver each time and have always been pleased. The drivers were consistently early (usually 10-20 min) before the scheduled time, and the rates are great. One driver, Rebecca, even texted me a photo of the car she was driving so i would know what to look for at the airport. Most recently, though, i scheduled a pick up, and about 7 min after the scheduled time, the driver called and said she was running late and would be there in 18 min. Catherine ended up being more than 40 min late. She was not very friendly, kept changing her mind about whether the fare was $55 or $60, then hassled me about using a credit card, stating she could not give me a receipt and offering to take me to an atm for free, then decided that the fare was going to be $60 since i was paying with plastic. She also was receiving and reading text messages while driving.
I have to say I will definitely recommend this service to all my friends and I will definitely be calling Clean cab from now on, my driver was Catherine and she was the most courteous and sweet cabdriver I've ever had, I will definitely be requesting her if I need a cab again and I would definitely recommend anyone to request Catherine, my flight was delayed and I was afraid there wasn't anyone there to pick me up when my flight landed but she had been tracking my flight online and called to let me know she is at the airport as soon as I landed, she was very professional, opened my door for me, and put my luggage in the cab, Catherine is a very good driver she made me feel very safe and comfortable, I was absolutely amazed at how clean and smelling so good and fresh the cab was, inside and outside, I have been in a lot of cabs and I have never seen a cab so clean, they have definitely earned the name Clean Cab.. but overall my experience with Catherine and Clean cab was fantastic...
Good Morning, First, allow me to apologize for not getting this to you sooner. Back in March, 2012, my car broke down and my high school aged daughter needed a ride to school. We live in Beavercreek and there is no bussing to and from school anymore. I looked for a local cab service online and found you folks. The driver was on time, the car was nice and very clean, and the driver even called me to let me know that my daughter got to school. On top of all that, later that day, my daughter handed me the cab fair and told me that the driver said to her that he owned the company and would not accept the cab fair. $15 isn't a lot of money, but when you are a single parent, with a broke down vehicle, kindness like that means a lot. So I want to thank you, sir, for being so nice. If I ever need cab service again, you are the one I am calling first. Sincerely, Katherine Browning
