Great food. Expansive selections. Great prices. Generous amount of food. Great presentation at table.For example, I ordered the Broiled Shrimp dinner. It comes with soup or salad, potato, vegetable and homemade bread. I ordered salad with French, green beans, home fries, and skipped the bread (I have gone gluten-free).The salad was FRESH, with good tomatoes.When the meal came, the portion of home fries came on a separate plate, since it was so large.The shrimp were 8 PRAWN-sized or very close to it!The presentation on the plate was great All of this was only $11.99I will be back soon and often!
While in line, the customers behind me attempt to push some of their items onto the belt. Absolutely no room so a jar of spaghetti sauce hits the ground drenching my expensive winter boot w/glass and sauce. Obviously had to take them off as I did not want to be cut by shards of glass. Manager said she will turn my name, number and address into the appropriate dept. but, since it was an accident they are not liable. Did not so much as offer a pair of socks or slippers, .....so.....had to walk to the car bare footed in freezing temps. Seriously disappointed. 135.00 suede boots ruined. Had shopped there several times per week for 9 years, NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!
RUDE MADE ORDER WRONG TWICE I stopped by subbys picked up carry out it was made wrong. I had a similar problem about two weeks earlier but did not call as I’m not one to complain. Well this time I decided to call and mention the issue to the store. I explained my current issue and went on to explain this was the second time in as many weeks. The person that answered the phone was very rude, there was no apology and I was asked “Am I looking for something” I replied yes I would like my order made correctly, then asked to speak to a manager, she replied she was a manager, so I asked for a phone number over her, I was given the corporate office. So I called the number and left a message explaining the two messed up orders and the rudeness of the manager. Apparently subbys corporate office does not care about customer service either as I have not even received a call back. So if you want your order made correctly, or just maybe receive good customer service I suggest you go to SUBWAY.
