WARNING: if you call them out to the house, you will be charged $83 bucks. That DOES NOT apply to the repair service costs, now referring to it as a 'diagnostic call,' which was a bunch of bull. I called knowing what part was needed. When the tech came out he took 5 min and agreed, added he didn't stock the part (it's a common Frigidaire model and I do believe this is a part of their scam), so he would be back "in about four days." When time came to pay the bill, I was charged a total of $230 dollars for 30 min work, and the part costs sixty bucks (which they also marked up considerably). NEVER NEVER NEVER use Logan!( I assume the boss is retiring... one more gouge before going out of business?)
Matthew, there is a glitch in the system where I cannot respond to your review, so I am doing it here. I am sorry that you feel this way. We have been your servicer more than one occasion and you have always been charged a service call. We gave you an estimate to complete the repair, which you agreed to, and we completed for under the original estimate. Our technician has a 35 years of experience which allows him to be very efficient and be assured, there were no additional charges because we had to get the part and return.
