Huntley Ridge Kettering
I am a recent college graduate of UD and lived at Huntley Ridge Apartments in Kettering. The convenience of the property right up the street from the college was nice I could ride my bike to school. The property was always nice and clean, management responded immediately to any service requests I had. As a female I loved that I could pull into my garage with remote entry and close my garage door prior to entering my apartment. My apartment was newly renovated with all new counter tops, cabinets, appliances, carpet and tile throughout. The walls were thick so I could not hear my neighbors. I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and because I am an avid bike rider the trail was nearby. Overall I had a great experience!!

Woods Of Centerville (The)
My family lived here for just over a year and it was our worst experience. Things look fine at first glance, but the place is poorly maintained...mold is painted over, the windows are broken, and the worst is the water bill. No meter is individually read and the bill has consistently increased every month. At one point, we were away on vacation for 3 weeks and got the same bill we get every month. On calling the water company they confirmed that the office uses a formula to bill each's not actual consumption. I would not recommend this place to even someone I didn't like!

Huntley Ridge Kettering
*Currently live here as of 1/6/17, have lived here for 11 Months now*Pros: -Recently updated, when we moved in we had new fans, new blinds, new carpeting, new kitchen counters, new laminated kitchen flooring, new bathroom cabinets etc.-Townhouse has thick concrete walls so it's relatively hard to hear neighbors, in some places you can hear talking but otherwise it's quiet-Having a garage is great! (With W/D hookup)-Landlord is a very nice guy and will get requests done in a quick manner (told him a hallway light was out and it was replaced that day)-New Blacktop asphalt for parking lotCons:-Garage entry is tight, wide vehicles and tall suvs will struggle-Wall Unit A/C-Some neighbors are a little iffy, it's getting better but there used to be a family of 8 or so living in one townhouse with trash everywhere, landlord finally found out and they were gone.OVERALL: This is a quick review but it was a great place to live, didn't have any issues, no bugs, no mold, nothing bad, we were and are left alone to ourselves

Stillwater Park Apartments
Management and maintenance staff are good people who treat residents with respect and respond right away to problems. There is a community feel with a monthly newsletter and seasonal events. Apartments, hallways and grounds always in good shape! Parking in front of units or close by. Neighbors are nice.

Northland Village Apartments
They will enter your apartment whenever they feel like it, no notice nothing. They will nitpick you over everything but allow drug dealers and addicts and gang members to run rampant. Ignorant kids, lazy parents everywhere. Maintenance will come in your place when you are gone and steal your stuff. Managmwnt won't do a thing. The head lady in the office is rude and acts like shes above everyone. Won't do anything about maintenance stealing or coming in your apartment illeagally.

Bwip Georgetown
Mold, insect infestation, burst pipes, flooded carpet, crumbling stairs and sidewalks, mud fields, balconies and shutters falling apart. Holes in walls and ceilings from water damage. Staff rude, mean, uncaring and won't help. Don't do it!

Belle Meadows Suites
Been here for 10 years. Loved this place until now. The leasing lady LouAnn is unprofessional, very rude and nasty towards the tenants. She tacks on fees, and raises your rent in the middle of your lease. The dumpsters are always overflowing with trash, the sewage backs up every 2 months (take a look now and you will see feces and toilet paper in the middle of the street). The building is infested with mice, and bedbugs. These apartments have leaks every week and they refuse to replace carpet that has been saturated with water causing mold. Break ins are becoming the norm. Just recently they had a shooting out here that the news channel reported. This place is now equivalent to Desodo Bass. Rent is to expensive to deal with an incompetent leasing agent, filthy apartment community, and below standard apartment unit. Please save yourself and family and go elsewhere.

Centerville Park Apartments
I have greatly enjoyed living at Centerville Park. I moved in with my daughter. I was very happy to see the community events aimed at children. My daughter was able to make new friends quickly. My apartment is beautiful. It was completely renovated before I moved it. I am so proud to show it off to friends and family. I have referred a few of my friends to move in here. They have since thanked me for the suggestion.
