I can't speak for the entire company but I can speak for my agent. Max Pulcini is amazing. He is so good at answering my many questions. He even looked over my policy and let me know that I had the best rate with one specific type of business insurance. So he spent tons of time with me, only to be honest and lose my business. That might just be the definition of integrity. I can tell you that through that experience when my current policy expires and I lose my specialty rate, I'm switching over to Southeast Insurance Agency with Max. He even explained to me that when the economy goes down, if your insurance rate stays the same, you're getting ripped off. If you have that exact situation, you need to talk to Max because he will save you tons of money and probably be able to increase your coverage as well. Then as an added bonus, you can know you're dealing with someone that's honest and ethical instead of all the other crooks out there.

So my friends told me about how they got life insurance and how excited they are about it. They told me about Max Pulcini with Southeast Insurance Agency and about how helpful he was. So my husband and I did not have life insurance, nor did we even discuss it yet, decided to sit down and here what he had to say. It was so easy to talk to Max, no pressure at all. He genuinely just wants people to have the right information and to come out with a great life insurance plan as well as a retirement plan.He was very informative and extremely friendly. I have referred him to everyone I know and would recommend his services to anyone. Getting life insurance is a big step, I am just glad that I had someone to make me feel comfortable and not rushed.Bottom line: In the life insurance world, you want to get the best, and that is what you are getting with Max Pulcini.

I have been with state farm for as long as I can remember. When I moved to Florida in 2000, I went to Janet Fernandez, State Farm. I have been a customer ever since. The song that states """state farm is there""" absolutely rings true for this office, and their entire staff. I am always informed, they are always helpful and there for us. You cannot find a more trust worthy company in my opinion. And one that will always be there for you when you need them. And extra....they even all singed a card and sent it to me when I was sick. Love this entire office and staff. Very Caring

Trusted Insurance Agency]I found this company through online search w/ all their good services and all I can say is that wasn’t disappointed. Max Pulcini helped me find the best deal in car insurance for both my husband and I. They made the process very easy and understandable, and gave me all sorts of discounts to get my insurance down to where I can afford it. There are very few businesses out there that really care about their customer and these guys are great with communication and follow up. Thanks a lot. You guys at Network Insurance Center rock!

I felt that Southeast Insurance Agency truly cared about me as a potential customer- they answered all of my questions, were timely in e-mail correspondence and were very sensitive & responsive to my needs. I felt 110x better after my phone call with them! I have been insured by Southeast Insurance for over 10 years. They have the best rates and the best service. I was previously insured by Mercury but switched based on the recommendation of a friend.The only claim that I had to file was damage to my convertible top due to a break in. The adjuster reviewed the damage and I received a check in the mail for the repair estimate.

I have top of the line coverage and my payments are low as they can be.Recently i got into a fender bender my fault of course, and Southeast Insurance took care of everything from rental car to getting my car fix asap.

Insurance agents will often try to "upsell" on various extra products that may be useful for certain people, but are generally excessive for the average consumer. Stick with basic plans that cover as much as you need without any additional costs. For example, if the annual cost of your auto insurance is 10 percent or more of the total value of your car, drop all but the most essential coverage. This is especially applicable if the car you drive is older and could be replaced with savings. Otherwise, you are paying for insurance that will never actually benefit you in the event of a serious crash.

Consider using an independent agent when searching for a new insurance policy. While traditional agents can still find a good deal, independent agents can choose from a variety of providers and tailor your coverage to your specific needs. Send your insurer a claim form for each beneficiary in the plan, as well as a certified copy of the policyholder's death certificate.
