The Law Offices of Lawrencce Levy PA
Great attorney is an understatement. Besides his proven professionalism and years of experience, Larry is man of his word and always goes out of his way to ensure that his clients are taken care of. I recall the time when he was on vacation in St. Pete and would constantly step aside to reply to clients' emails and to speak to them over the phone. I would highly recommend Larry to anyone seeking legal advice.

Lawrence Levy ESQ
I hired Lawrence Levy on a guardianship matter. He is without a doubt the most corrupt lawyer in Florida. We were dealing with a vulnerable adult who was being preyed upon and extorted by a family member and she needed medical attention and there needed to be a law enforcement investigation against the person who was exploiting her. Instead of protecting my loved one for which Lawrence Levy charged a fortune, he sought out his crony to take ownership of her in a fraudulent guardianship so he and his crony could incite litigation and empty her bank account to pay his fraudulent legal bills for issues he conjured up with his buddies. He left my loved one in the hands of predators. He has no interest in protecting anyone in a guardianship matter. His only interest is running up as many fees as he can and extorting his victim and their family. He is part of the guardian racketeers that infest South florida. He is a shyster and a predatorHe needs to shut his doors. He is a menace to society and the public. Avoid this fraudster at all costs and warn your family, friends and the public.

Steven Feinman Attorney At Law
Do not waste your money! Unprofessional and unethical, unless you agree that doing the bare minimum required by the professional standards for lawyers is "ethical" enough to you. He does not keep your best interest in mind; only his. Furthermore, he never (still has not) returned my phone call in over a month in regards to a surprise plea agreement he accepted on my behalf, when the ticket was an easy dismissal. His assistant (who is extremely rude) informed me on the third week I called, he had to order my traffic record before speaking with me. Funny, that sounds like something you should order BEFORE you represent me. I would NEVER recommend this attorney to anyone. Save your money-- you're better off representing yourself, or if you don't have time (as I didn't due to my law school finals conflicting with the trial date) HAVE SOMEONE ELSE REPRESENT YOU IN THIS MATTER! You will be very angry when you throw away your money to this guy, and end up paying TWICE (for court fees) the amount of your ticket!

Bankruptcy Law Firm Of Clare Casas PA
My real estate agent recommended Ms. Casas while I was doing my short sale. Things were very stressful and I needed to understand my options. Ms. Casas was very professional and helped me understand the pros and cons of my decision. This allowed me to make the right decision based on facts. Thank you Clare for all your help and support through this very difficult time.

Bankruptcy Law Firm Of Clare Casas PA
Very disappointed. Had a great initial meeting with Clare Casas. Things went smoothly and she walked me through the process of submitting the paperwork, but I do not feel like I was treated like a valued client AFTER payment was made. She asked me to meet her early for the hearing so she could brief me. Then she showed up late, barely greeted me and took out her cell phone to check e-mails. When I asked her what it was that she needed to brief me on, she told me "I already told you what you need to know." Since the bankruptcy was completed, I have e-mailed her several copies of notices from creditors. I never get a response confirming receipt until I have e-mailed her again later. When I received a letter from the IRS about a cancelled debt, I asked to be transferred to her voicemail to leave a message and was told "Just e-mail her." Why should I e-mail if my e-mails are not acknowledged. Very frustrating. Not the best service.
Tips & Advices
When it comes time to choose a lawyer, you should start by searching close to home. If you do have attorneys you are familiar with, ask who they believe would be best for you. After going through personal references - especially from individuals who had similar needs - you should broaden your search through public information resources. You can call your area's attorney referral service or check legal organizations like Martindale-Hubbell. There are other resources available online, such as You can check websites for client reviews and other third-party forms of approval.
If you sign documents and you come across a word you don't recognize, or you need help to navigate important employment or real estate paperwork. Also, during times when personal matters intersect with legal proceedings, you might need to have an advocate to prevent your emotions from getting in the way. If you've been accused of a crime or are in a terrible financial situation, you can find an attorney who will work with what you have available.
When you hire a lawyer, you're agreeing to work with someone over a certain period of time. The more forthcoming the lawyer appears to be with individual needs, the better.
  • You need to ask questions about how the attorney will communicate with you and what responsibilities you hold in the relationship.
  • The attorney should let you know the best channel for quick communication and you need to inform him or her when you want updates.
  • You should also ask questions to get to know the attorney as an individual in order to ensure this is a person you can trust. Ask about their legal philosophy and how he or she views the lawyer/client relationship. Ask as how to keep fees down or what daily disruptions you should expect from a long legal battle.
You need to ask about every possible fee that will come up when working with an attorney. You should request a list of all costs in advance so you won't be surprised by additional expenses like overhead. Also determine exactly when you will start being billed. You want to inspect paperwork carefully. If the attorney charges you for his or her experience, you need to make sure he or she will perform tasks personally and not hand it off to an assistant. Find out if the attorney has a flat fee or charges by the hour. Many civil lawyers work on contingency. Make inquiries about how the lawyer plans to provide service for your money and what you can do if you start to feel unsatisfied with his or her performance.
You can ask how many similar cases they have handled and if they have special skills or training that applies specifically to your needs. Lawyers can't mention clients by name, but you should ask for basic details about identical past cases. You should check their office for the appropriate certifications and diplomas. You can also ask how long he or she has practiced law and request information that demonstrates the practice's success. Look for precise details such as percentage of cases settled out of court.
