I have been going to this place for 12 plus years. They've always taken my insurance, great about appoint reminders too! Professional, knowledgeable, friendly staff, gentle on the adults (haha), always happy to see you, clean & sanitary and it's cool they have a seperate computer screen by the chair so when they are looking at the chart on the computer can see the X-rays or when they have taken pictures of your teeth & gums you can actually view what they are looking at & get a visual of issues and see exactly what's going on (they had this when I first started going here). I like the tvs in the rooms as it takes your mind off the teeth. I initially came hear because I couldn't find anyone that would take my insurance at the time and they have been so great I don't want to leave them! In addition appointments are right on everytime no long waiting and consistent with the time of procedures being done which can be important no long waiting times in waiting room.

My experience with Dr. Botsko has been excellent! I was seen in an accommodating and prompt manner. The friendliness of the entire staff put me at ease. Dr. Botsko patiently took the time to go over the pro and con of each of my treatment options and answered all of my questions. During treatment my comfort seemed a priority. His mastery, finesse and skill at dentistry has conquered my greatest fear and worst nightmare- the dentist chair! I am quite confident going forward with my treatment plan. What a blessing to find a compassionate and caring dental office that doesn't have big money as their objective but instead focus on making their patients feel and look their very best!

Ok so I'll start by saying that this is the MOST down to earth dentist I have ever met! He is extremely professional about his work and know exactly how to make me feel comfortable around my biggest fear...needles! I have had 3 out of 4 wisdom teeth pulled by David and every time he makes me feel as if my best friend is pulling my tooth! I feel that when I am there it's such a warm inviting environment and his new dental assistant was an absolute awesome help as well! They both had me laughing today while getting my wisdom tooth pulled and never would I have thought that it would be so much fun to get a tooth pulled!!

Dr. HANSEN IS AWESOME!! Once you get past the rude front desk staff. I called on a Tuesday saying I had a tooth keeping up at night and I am unable to eat. The SOONEST they can get me in is 1pm Friday. Sure I can just not eat or sleep for three days. Not to mention...Ashley was very confused. I was put on hold a total of 5 times and then told I would get a call back. Needless to say I did NOT get my call back. I called her back and she was annoyed and when I asked if there was an AM appointment there was no delay in denying the request.

Nothing but good things to say about Main Family Dental Care! From the time you walk in till the time you leave you are treated with courtesy and respect from a very professional and friendly staff. Actually it doesn't stop when you leave. They follow up with phone calls to see how you are doing and also send text messages to remind you of up coming appointments. I have had some major work done and am very pleased with the results. I would recommend Main Family Dental Care to anyone!

Thank you!! by C rimkus - 08/06/2014I first met you on an emergency basis. I had two broken teeth. When I returned for the permanent filling put in, you asked if I would like to leave with new teeth. You built up both teeth! I love my new smile!By the way, you saved me from breaking the law in Arizona. I believe in Tombstone it is Illegal to have more than two teeth missing in your smile!Thanks to you and your staff, your a great office and would recommend you to everyone!

My name is Ericka True and I have been going to DR.BOTSKO for a few years,i had terrible teeth and he and his staff made me feel better than any dentist i've ever been to.yesterday i finally got dentures.was a process that only took a month and he was very paticular to make sure i got the best teeth and now a day later i feel great.I definatly recommend him if you have patience you will get the best smile any dentist can help you with.

I work nearby but live in Moline, Wish they were in Moline. Three times I've walked in and was in front of the nurse within ten minutes. Everyone is friendly and professional. Facility is clean In and out in less than 1/2 hour. Correct diagnoises every time as I do follow up with my Moline Doctor of almost 30 years. Keep up the good work.

I've known Dr.Botsko for 25 years,he is an excellent dentist.Always wanting the best for his patients.I had a friend who had an ugly crown on a front tooth that another dentist had seated, it kept falling off.Dr. Dotsko took the time and effort to redo the crown and my friend was really happy and it is still functional 12 years later.
