BEWARE!!! Mislead on purchase of a vehicle, had to pay out monies to have vehicle safe road ready. Purchased vehicle from Off Lease Auto Outlet in Daphne, Al. on 12/1/2016. During the smooth and friendly transaction Salesman had mentioned that they normally fill the vehicles with fuel upon purchase, but felt that it was unnecessary because the vehicle had 3/4 of a tank of gasoline. The check engine light was on when we test drove the vehicle. General Manager had the vehicle taken to the garage area to resolve the check engine light issue. He had come back a few moments later to say that it was resolved and that the gas cap was loose. Cap was tightened and check engine light was no longer illuminated. We were also told that the vehicles go through a series of checks and certified. Later that day the check engine light came back on. I checked to see if possibly the gas cap was loose again and to my surprise this particular vehicle was design and built with "no cap". Also, to have retrieved and cleared the DTCS P0420 and P0460 codes, Service Technician had to know of what the codes were. These were the check engine light codes I retrieved later in the day from an AutoZone. We had taken the vehicle into a Ford Service Department and found that the vehicle was: 1) In need of a clutch assembly. 2) Evap purge valve to be faulty, found fuel in canister, fuel tank collapsed/deformed from faulty purge valve (check engine code DTCS P0420), replaced fuel tank, fuel pump, evap purge valve and evap canister at a cost of $2266.85. Purchased the Extended Warranty. Extended Warranty Company would not cover any cost due to they felt it was a "pre-existing condition" and that there was a TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) 16-0062 on vehicle. 3) The Catalytic Converter had to be replaced, (check engine code DTCS P0460). We had tried to resolve this issue by telephone, e-mail and BBB – Better Business Bureau, Complaint ID#: 85071409 with Off Lease Auto Outlet in Daphne, Al. to only not answer the phone, return e-mails and no response to BBB.

I looked at 6 mustangs before I bought one at this place. I was told the truth about its condition and man was the car in pristine condition. All the other dealerships I visited weren't very honest. I bought my car at a very good deal too; lower than other dealerships whose mustangs were not as nice with many more miles. I would definitely recommend

I wish I could rated this company lower but your not able to. So I purchased a car about two months ago. I have drove its 4 days out of 69 days it's been in the shop 4 times getting fixed. I did purchase a extended warrant but they will only replace what you can proof is broke and why it broke which is horrible. So they have replaced 2 fuel injectors and the shop says 4 more needed to get replaced. Unfortunately they will not replace them until they completely go out and when my family is in the car sound ms nice right? Off lease is a horrible company it also took them a month to pay off my trade in. In which they charred me late charges and thank god it didn't hit my credit. Off lease isn't a credible company with the BBB

Absolutely the best car purchase ever!! Who knew that you could buy a car and not have to haggle and negotiate for half a day to get a good deal. Not with these guys. They truly treated me like part of their family and were very honest and polite, not rude and manipulating like most dealers. I also get a year of free maintenance that covers most all of my normal maintenance items. AWESOME!! Love my Lexus by the way!! Thank you and I will be back for my sons car.

They gave a wonderful loaner vehicle and kept us posted on the progress of our car. It was clear to us how much they wanted us to have an uninterrupted wonderful vacation. I did not have a good experience. I spoke with internet sales about prices of Jeep Wranglers. I was told that they could negotiate prices. I was told to go to Autotrader Marketplace and get the value of my vehicle. I answered those questions honestly. I say that because 1) They would not give me the price that Autotrader Marketplace stated I would get if I took in their certificate 2) They most certainly will not negotiate of the MSRP. They add on thousands of dollars to the MSRP and then take a few dollars off that. So, I drove an hour to the dealership...sat there 5...and drove back an hour with no deal. Moral of the story...if you are going to be lied to and scammed, keep it will waste less time and gas.
