Attentive, courteous, concerned, thorough, and responsive are all words that describe the service my family and I have received from the staff at Honda of Danbury. We are repeat customers of the Danbury team, because they care about preserving the integrity of the Honda name and the reputation of the dealership well after the sale of a vehicle. Our sales consultant, Mark Ramey, has our confidence because he takes the time to learn the needs of our family and our priorities. Mark understands that each customer has different goals and he is able to work with his team to deliver an experience far superior to any other car dealership that I’ve been to. Mark worked with his sales manager, Tom McMullin, to find the right vehicles for my family and structure a purchase plan that worked for our budget. Even the little details were met with concern and addressed in a way that we know that they care about our business. Jim Wright, one of Honda of Danbury’s business managers, was also great. He explained ways that we could protect our investment while maintaining the integrity of our family finances throughout the life of our vehicle. After the vehicle purchase was completed, Tom McMullin, followed-up with me to make sure that all of our questions have been answered, that all our concerns have been met , and to ask us about our experience. That’s just the sales side. Our prior experience with Honda of Danbury evidenced that their service team is just as exceptional. When we go in for routine maintenance or the very occasional repair, we have a dedicated team to help us; each hand knows what the other is doing, and our contact point is always attentive, thorough, and considerate. At Honda of Danbury, it’s all about helping people. It is as simple as that: All of the benefits of big business backing delivered in a genuine home-town way, every time. Same great service. This time the service department was more true to the time frame it would take to do the work. I've often waited over an hour longer than was told to me. This time it was right on time. The waiting area has been cleaned up some but could use a bit more TLC. Nice new coffee/tea machine. My biggest complaint is that whoever drove my car outside after the 30,000 mile tune-up was so tall that I couldn't push the clutch in to start the car. I think they should try to set the seat back at least close to where it was. And at the price of this particular tune-up it might be a nice little treat to vacuum the car or something like that. But as I say the people are very friendly and professional and I drive my car an extra hour each way to have my car done at Colonial, that's how much I like and trust them.

It was a job well done. I specifically listed the work that I wanted to have done,and which items I wanted to have inspected when I brought the car in, I was called at home and informed of the state of the inspected items. Additional maintenance was suggested. And I agreed to one item in addition to what I initially specified. I would have given Ford a five star rating for the work, but I thought the price of the service was a little on the high side. On the other hand, this is such a well built car (2005 Escape) that I have never needed very much maintenance and no repairs and there are 125,000 miles on the vehicle.

Peter was fantastic to work with! He was knowledgeable without overwhelming me with too much information. Overall, he is friendly and engaging and quite helpful. Peter is clearly an expert in his field - he knows the Subaru brand inside and out as well as the particulars to the Outback. When an issue arose with my insurance company, Peter was tenacious in his efforts that ultimately rectified the situation. Peter professionalism was much appreciated, as well and his overall positive attitude!

I am aware that everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but I would just like to come Greentree's defense & say that once a company (Greentree) credits a customer's card, it comes out of that company's bank account the same day & is shown as a credit on the batch total the following day. It is the customer's credit card company that decides when the customer receives the money for the credit.. So in a sense it is, in fact, out of their hands..

I bought my 2010 Subaru online from CT with Jowdy but it was with Joe D'ercole who I dealt with. He made the transaction so smooth that when I arrive it was seamless! Thanks.Also Joe D'ercole was great in sealing the finical end without a hitch.

Very easy to work with and excellent job. I leave the car on Sunday night and can pick it up on Saturday from the sales dept. Everyone was efficient and helpful.
