Petland
I bought a ball python from here once and it came with snake mites. When I told them about it they wouldn't give me medicine, my money back, or replace the snake. Instead I got a discount on some medicine, so they get one star for poor service.

So shocked!! I called to see if they could groom my 10 year old blind Poodle. She said that he should be taken to a Vet to be groomed. What? Dog discrimination? Are you serious? He weighs 9 pounds. He doesn't bite. He is not vicious dog. He is precious. This world has gone crazy. Shame on you Petco!!!

I just needed a bath for my standard poodle. The groomer did a very nice job of bathing and fluffing her, as well as cleaning ears (pulling out the hair) and cutting nails. She got it done in about an hour. They were available on a moment's notice on a day that most groomers are closed. Happy Customer.

Tips & Advices
Pet owners usually sign a waiver stating that any injury or illness a dog suffers while at daycare is the responsibility of the owner. However, most facilities carry liability insurance and pet business insurance in the event of a serious incident. To prevent illness, facilities are strict about requiring proof of vaccination and general health from a veterinarian prior to accepting a dog. However, in an off-leash setting, scuffles or fights might occur. Reputable facilities will often hire vet assistants who can treat minor injuries and under-the-weather dogs.  For anything more serious, a good daycare should make it a priority to get the dog to a vet, and get in immediate contact with the owner.
