This place is total freaking BS AND I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL I SEE THEM PAY FOR THE WAY THEY ARE TREATING PPL!!!My boyfriends daughter had a dance recital from her dance class at school and we were only given an address of 9680 timberline dr to attend. When we arrived, we parked beside many more ppl at this apartment complex where they were to preform on a tennis court and was told by the teachers we could park anywhere! There was not one sign posted saying tow away.Within 5-10 minutes I looked up and seen my car being towed away by a wrecker!!!!We had hell trying to find this place, it was a storage bldg named Sure storage, nothing with BBT WRECKER on it!!Got there, door locked with a paper note to call, waited for 30 min for the stupid witch to open the door for us to come inside to pay for my car they illegally towed, we opened the door to find Huge holes in the walls and writing on the walls cussing them out, then through another door to speak with the clerk, only to find out she was behind a window that you could not see through and got charged 165.00 to recover my car!!I asked her HOW they could illegally tow my car, and she said"we are only a storage facility, we have nothing to do with the tow company"As we sat out front, miserably hot, upset and waiting to enter for 30 min we seen this wrecker come in and out 4 times dropping off cars and speeding back to get more!!He was driving crazy and slamming all these cars around! This is inhuman and I refuse to stop here.... I will SEE TO IT THAT SOMETHING IS DONE TO THIS SO CALLED TOW CO!Also going to find out Why Grand Prairie high school sent these kids to such a place for a dance recital and did not have any parking arrangements!!Beware of BBT WRECKER SERVICE!!!
This "company" towed my girlfriend's vehicle from our apartment, despite the parking sticker being clearly visible. After speaking with a woman from Black Bull over the phone, she claimed that the pictures taken by the tow truck driver show no sticker. So, after arriving, we are surprised to see that the front door to their place of business is locked, with a piece of paper taped to it, with a number written in marker (yes, seriously) to call. After calling the number, we are told that we are third in line to get our vehicle. Exactly two hours later, we finally receive a call saying it is our turn. The woman we spoke to through two-way glass was rude, and unwavering as to why she couldn't release the vehicle without us paying, despite the parking sticker being clearly visible. Quite honestly, this entire experience felt nothing short of illegal. This is the worst company I have ever encountered in my life (and I've dealt with two other towing companies in the Dallas area -- NOTHING compared to this). Beware!
worst towing company, Its a Junk Yard without proper office & no seating area, they will make you wait for 30-40 mins, they suck up ur money, you will need to search for you car 15-20 mins as its Junk yard filled with old cars. very shady place and unsafe get some help while picking your carThey towed my car from Car port which we already paid for and will say ur car didnt have sticker , why do u care what car u park in car port, until resident complaints to tow saying its not his. BS & fraud company.
Absolute worst experience. These people were so rude and obviously haven't updated their paperwork in a while. I stayed overnight at a friend's place and had my car towed even though it was parked in the visitor's parking spot that the apartment manager clearly circled and highlighted for us on the map as visitor parking. When I called the first time the guy on the phone had no clue what apartments I was talking about, and when I tried to look up the address he just hung up on me!! I called back a second time, this time agitated because my car has been illegally towed and someone just hung up in my face, and the second guy on the end of the line had the audacity to tell me that "Maybe he hung up because of your attitude." No, sir. I was completely calm during the initial call. It wasn't until after I started receiving attitude and got hung up on that I became upset. After looking up my info the guy tried to say that I got towed because I didn't have a parking sticker. I corrected him that the documents my friend received on move-in clearly stated that you didn't need a parking pass, you just needed to be in visitor parking. He then back-tracked and tried to correct his "story" to say that I wasn't in visitor parking, and when I tried telling him that I'd be more than happy to email him the documents because I WAS in visitor parking, he rudely cut me off and told me that because I'm not a resident there was nothing he could do about it and they wouldn't refund me the money. Total crooks and scammers!! I wish I had gotten their names before they so rudely hung up.
