Student Loan Relief
Well, it's darn near impossible to get ahold of them...ever..even to sign up or to give them money but I can't argue with the results. I tried to do it myself and it was a disaster. And Fedloans (btw they have nothing to do with the federal government--real name is something like the Philidelphia Higher Education Administration Associate aka PHEAA) weren't any help at all aside from confusing me even more which is probably their goal. But with that being said Student Loan Relief saved me. They got my company approved for PSLF when I was told by Fedloans that it was impossible. So now I have just a couple more years left to pay on my loans until they are forgiven.PS - And of course my balance has skyrocketed during my time in the program since I went from making a payment of $1,100 a month to a payment of $38 a month, a fact lost on most my friends that signed up with SLR with me but this doesn't matter since they are being forgiven. And forgiveness was always our goal not principal reduction

Private Asset Loans
This company exercised dependability and professionalism, from the time I first called them, until the time my loan was approved! They were able to give me more money than I expected to get for my loan. I traded in a ring that was passed down to me as part of my inheritance. Private Asset Loans was able to supply me with a quick and feasible customer service, which was great considering I was in a hurry. They were fair and reasonable with me, and I feel confident that I can pay the money back. Very transparent company to do business with.

Very professional from time of estimate through completion of painting. These guys painted the exterior of my house, caulked everything and repaired several pieces of siding that we're coming up around the house. Estimate was exact, they were early on their timeline (always a plus) very courteous and cleaned up after themselves. They did an awesome job painting! Will definitely be using them again and recommending to family and friends!!!

I needed to paint the exterior of my house and wasn't finding a company who gave a good price AND quality service... That is until I called Constable Painting! They came out gave me a quote (GREAT PRICE) and started the following day! I absolutely LOVE my "new" home!! Very reliable- they kept me updated everyday with what was going on. Constable Painting is by far the best paint contractor I have ever done business with. I interviewed several paint contractors when my wife and I decided to have our home painted. Not only did they offer the best price, they were the most helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone! Completely satisfied!

Aschere Energy LLC
Aschere Energy personnel are experts in drilling and operating oil wells. I was looking to expand my horizons for possible investments, and heard about Aschere from a trusted friend of mine. In doing my due diligence, I looked into their operations, and history, and was satisfied it was a solid company.
Tips & Advices
For a long-lasting paint job, a clean wall is crucial. Ask how they plan to clean your walls, if at all, before getting started. A high-quality company will thoroughly prepare a wall so that the paint will lay smoothly and last a long time.
Yes. A well-established company will have more experience and likely more references for you to reach out to than a new company that's just getting off the ground. Be sure to ask for references so you can speak to former customers about their experience working with the painter. When speaking to these people, ask about:
  • Whether they had issues with the crew
  • If the painters were messy or neat
  • How the paint has held up since the project was completed
The quality of the paint will affect how good the walls look when the project is completed. If your contractor says they plan on using a paint you don't like, feel free to request an alternative.
If the contractor makes a point to train new hires on safety techniques as well as quality standards on the job, you're probably in good hands.
Unfortunately, there are plenty of cases where a painter has stolen items from a home or caused damage to the house or injury to the homeowner. Subcontractors may not be as skilled as employees, and the contractor you're hiring may not have much experience working with them, making them more of a risk. Additionally, ask if the painters are employees or subcontractors, and what the screening or hiring process is like.

Just a moment...
