I have been a patient for around 7. Dr. Mosbacher is wonderful, she detected a strabismus in my eye that required surgery to correct which several others doctors I had previously used missed. I want to be loyal to her but her staff is horrible and incompetent. Maria just hung up on me.I want to do business with them so I ordered my contacts from them instead of having them shipped by a national contact lens seller since I don't mind picking them up. The online price was $183 and they gave me $200 plus a $20 dollar gift card they said they would register me for.I picked up the lenses and her lazy staff refused to register me for the rebate. Three times I reminded them that I was assured they would take care of applying for the rebate when I picked up my lenses but that is only what they say when they are trying to sell you contacts. Once they had my money and I picked up my lenses they were incredibly dismissive and told me to do it myself, assuring me "it is easy." I don't care how easy it may be, the fact is they lied and said they would do it then didn't but they pretended not to understand this fact and certainly didn't care.My application for the rebate was then rejected because their printer was low on ink and the manufacturer said the receipt was illegible.I just called and asked for a legible copy of the receipt and only sent the copy for the contacts and not the copy of the exam receipt that is required for the rebate. The staff knows (or should know) both receipts are required but were too lazy to bother.I had to call back and I was told by her staff that the rebate was "optional" since they price match. Of course this is inaccurate since the rebate is required to make the prices match but when I pointed this out to her (angrily) she hung up on me.Between picking up my lenses, dealing with her staff and venting here about 1.5-2 hours of my life gone because I tried to support a local store with a terrible staff.never againThe eye care is absolutely top notch though, she is a wonderful doctor and very personable

In response to last review; Vision Optica produced a perfect pair of eye glasses and installed top grade Rx lenses in the frames then the customer decided she don't like how they looked. So she demanded a full refund but she wanted us to eat the cost of the Rx lenses. After we told customer she would have to deduct for the lenses she went online and social media and started calling us thief's. Hope this customer stays gone, shes very childish.

I have a hard time finding glasses that fit so I need to look at a lot of frames before I buy. Prestonwood eye care had a really great selection. I found a set of glasses that is perfect for me. All due in part because they have a very accommodating and patient staff.

I was Jeff's first customer and have always had excellent service and the selection can't be beat. The lady people wrote about is no longer there. Rick and Jeff will make you feel like you are the most important customer in the store

Great visit, very informative staff and Dr.Coleman took his time in explaining details and answered my questions. I would definitely recommend coming here to everyone. Reasonable prices too.

Needed to find a new eye physician when I moved to Dallas and had driven by this place. Friendly staff and I don't see why there aren't very many good reviews
