Tiki Trips
I wish I had read the reviews before booking our trip to the Wine Country. Dena was rude and disengaged as a tour guide. She gave us no itinerary so we ended up making up our own while we were out there, and flew home early.

Thank you so much for such a wonderful trip. Everything included in the itinerary you provided from the sales people after entering the airport was accurate. The hotel was really nice and I would definitely revisit ME Cancun and also tell a friend. I just wanted to send you an email to say thank you! S. Webster, Garland, TX

I purchased 3 day tickets to Disney as part of a Cyber Monday promotion. What a joke, the Friday after cyber Monday they offered the tickets $15.00 cheaper. When I called the agent said there is nothing he could do about refunding me the money. Be warned customer service is poor.

Would never trust them. Deposit was not returned, still waiting over a month, especially since I was interested in rebooking. My name was not even attached to the ticket.

Five Star Vacations
I only give this business one star because zero is not an option. Rip off. I won't go into detail here - check out the Better Business Bureau. Guilty of deceptive advertising. You won't get "free airline tickets anywhere in the continental US" no mater what they tell you. At minimum, you will pay processing fees of over $100. Then, they will give you some options that are highly restrictive both on travel times and ticket costs, and say they can substitute any destination at their discretion. And anything else promised (meals, hotel stays, gift cards) won't be delivered either.

Just a moment...
