Blitz Moped
So... I have a scooter I purchased from a dealer in Plano that apparently went out of business while my scooter was still under warranty. I called all around Dallas and Richardson and Blitz seems to be the only place that will work on a non-Vespa scooter. So I took my little moped (her name is Bluebell ;-)) in to them...A previous reviewer stated, "The mechanic, Trent, is an extremely knowledgable guy who is quick, honest and helps in any way he can. They let me go in the back where he fixes the bikes and he told me the pluses and minuses of my bike and what to expect at certain points of my journey of owning it." This was my experience too. Trent knows his bikes and nothing seems too hard or an inconvenience to him. I have also dealt with Neil a lot. He is also helpful and has always dealt with me in an honest and fair way. I recommend these guys highly. My suggestion is to always call ahead to make sure Trent is working the day you want to take your moped in for any repairs or maintenance.

Moto Man of 214 (Mobile Motorcycle Service)
Motoman (Eric) has proven to be reliable and efficient when I comes to mechanical repair on my toys. I have used his services a few times and I couldn't be happier with his work! It was easy to set up an appointment and he was able to get to my place within a couple days. He showed up at the scheduled time ready to work! He has repaired 2 of my toys and that cost me about 1/3 the cost of what I was quoted at the dealership to fix them ( EX500 and TRX450). I recommend having him look at anything you may need repaired before taking them to a dealership!! He saved me quite a bit!! Thanks Eric! I did however notice that the "extra number" listed is incorrect. 469-324-9711 is the best way to reach him!!

Texas SuperSport
I'd like to give a shoutout to Texas Supersport. Cindy in the front office is very nice to deal with. She ordered my tires and contacted me to let me know they were there. The delivery was fast by the way. I wasnt able to get in to get the tires on right away but when I called to say I would be there they were expecting me and ready to rock and roll on my bike. Tom and Will were off the chain. They did the damn thing in no time. They make you feel very comfortable there. Very reasonable prices!!! I'll be going back for my bike needs. Changed front and rear tires on 09' Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Classic LT. Thanks you guys for a great experience.....

Brown's Cycle Repair Inc
I've been doing business with the Browns for 30+ years and I would not step foot in any of the other so called "shops" that are listed at the top of this list. When it comes to service, knowlege, and honesty (Not some bar that sells motorcycle and parts) there is not a shop in the country that can compete. (Sorry really didn't mean to rant) What bothers me about seeing this particular "Ranking" is the fact that no other loyal customers have spoken up for Brown's. I know every true biker in the North Texas area knows all about Brown's....

I found myself in need of a new battery, with the weekend coming up if I didn't get a battery my boat was going to sit. A good friend recommended Metroplex Batteries so I jumped on it. The guys (and girl) at Metroplex were great! freindly, helpfull and knowledgeable to say the least. I was kinda short on funds and they provided me a high cranking amp reconditioned battery for an outstanding price. I sure hope it holds up....and I feel confident enough that it will.MartyLewisville, Texas

Moto Liberty
Audrey (owner), she talked me out of having to spend $300 on heated gloves for my particular situation.....the $90 Taichi winter gloves kept my hands warm, protected, and still allowed the flexibility that I was looking for. I have and always will have nothing but good things to say about her and Moto Liberty. Thanks to Moto Liberty for all they do for the DFW sport bike community!

Eric was friendly and efficient. A great idea to bring the fix to you. What other shop allows you to watch them work on your bike and answers questions/tutors you while they fix what you can't? I will definitely recommend and use Eric again as needed. Not only because, I don't think you can find a better rate, but because he got the job done.

Returns calls promptly, texts to confirm, shows up on time, has all tools and parts on his truck! Doesn't mind if you watch and will teach you as he works! On top of that, he's a really nice guy! Will call again ! A++

This guy is awesome. Helped me fix my crappy 93 Honda CBR to ride-able conditions. Will definitely be giving a call soon to get some more work done just in time for riding season :)
