Went here today with my mom on a recommendation from a friend- we were not disappointed. Nice decor, clean and tidy with seasonal music playing but not blaring. Promptly greeted at the door, assisted with colors and led back to the chairs. Mani/Pedi special was a bonus. We were attended to by two people each, which made the services enjoyable and relaxing without feeling rushed. I added an eyebrow wax too.
Overall, great atmosphere, pleasant staff, and well priced services.
Thank you, I'll be back.
To me, when it comes to mani/pedis, I feel that all nail salons should get the basic job done. Toe and finger nails painted- check. No cuts- check. Clean- check However what makes a nail salon stand out to me, is the way that I am treated. I sometimes feel that certain salons rush you through, or you get the sneaky suspicion that you are not being treated as an highly valued customer. Well- that is NOT the case wtih Nailicious. First of all, everyone was friendly, and I feel that I was treated as someone that was doing them a favor by bringing my business there, versus the other way around. 2nd- their massage chair is the BEST! Not your regular chair- it messages the back and there is also a part that messages the back of your upper thighs (it is in the seat). I guess a hamstring message- whatever it was, it felt great! In addition to the chair message- the foot/leg message and the hand message that come with the standard mani/pedi- is awesome! Not some rushed 2 sec deal, but a pretty good somewhat long message.
So all it all, I LOVED it- I will go back again and have no problem spending my money there. Also, they waxed my eyebrows, and they look great. I wanted threading- but call ahead because I don't think their threader is there all the time.
I did not have a good experience at Nailicious. I paid $35 for acrylics that were not done right. Half of my nails were not glued in the right spot leaving a gap between the fake nail and the real nail. This is gross and a haven for bacteria to grow in. NO salon should ever glue nails on this way especailly for $35. I will not be going back.
