    Bill who is the manager is a complete idiot when it comes to customer service. Beacuse of Bill I can only assume the rest of the company is enforced this way and this is not a company I would ever recommend to help service anything. There are other companies out that are more professional. Dallas is too big to HAVE to deal with awful customer service.

    I have known and used Fitness Service of North Texas for The last 15 years and they have always done a great job for very resonable prices. I would Highly recomend using them. Call Jay Kern He is the owner and a Great guy to work with.

    Did not repair bike quoted $2500 to repair. Other company repaired loose cable for $89 dollars.

    Their Scheduler "Bill" is a real loser with a horrible attitude. The techs are pretty nice and know what they are doing but that guy is really a JERK. I don't know who owns this company but they are going to lose a lot of business not only because the recession but even more because they didn't fire this toad.

    I used these guys and the techs are pretty good but the guy Bill who answers the phone is a TOAD. I'd put his IQ somewhere in the neighborhood of 20 or less. He is a rude punk who needs to get his face realigned. Worse then being rude, the guy is STUPID. I feel sorry for everyone else in the company who has to work with this AHOLE. Worse then that, during this recession this guy is going to continue to cost them business.

    Owner said I was black balled because I was not satisfied with him not finishing the job but wanted more money before he would put my equipment back together again. Buyer beware.

    After attempting to repair a piece of workout equipment, they couldn't get it right and than refused to come back and make good on it.
