My daughter purchased an IPhone thru the smart pay plan at this location. Within 2 weeks it started / freezing glitching. She went to the store 2 times and they would not assist her. I then went back with her the 3rd time and the the owner gave her a loaner phone and said he would send the one she purchased back and get her a new one to replace it with. I specifically asked if it would be a new phone, not a refurbished one and he said yes. The new one was to be there that Thursday. We picked up the phone that Thursday. Within a few weeks this one started messing up the same as the first and I also discovered that the replacement we received was not new as it had contacts added and said Estella's IPhone. Who the heck is Estella??? I went back to the store 3 different times. The first two times I left my number and info for the owner to call me back. Never happened. The 3rd time I did speak with the manager of the store, she was very nice and said she would see what could be done and give her a few days to see. This was a Thurs. The following Wed when I had not heard back from her I went back to the store. I was able to speak to the owner. He said he just bought the store a few days before I came in and spoke with him and he was not responsible. He said I did not purchase the phone from him and he did not have to do anything about it. Also thru speaking with him he said he did not send the original phone back to Apple and did not know where it was anymore. He also said Apple sends used / refurbished phones for replacements and there is nothing he can do about it. He just bought the business so why would he take the loss. This location is Shady!!!! I have spoke with Apple this morning and they have confirmed that they would not send a refurbished phone for one that was to replace one that was just recently purchased. This owner is very Rude and seems Very SHADY!!!!!

Not a good place to do business because employees lied to you in order to sell the phones They said you would get the prepaid card equal to the phones you bought to turn out to be free phone , but it was lying to you.

BEWARE! I TOOK MY BARELY USED IPHONE HERE BECAUSE I GOT WATER DAMAGE. THEY KEPT IT FOR 24 HOURS AND CHARGED ME 25.00 TO CHECK IT OUT. THEN THEY CALLED ME SAYING I NEEDED ANOTHER CHARGING PORT WHICH WAS 69.99. I SAID NO. I TOOK IT TO THE AT&T TECH AND WAS TOLD THEY REPLACED THE CHARGING PORT WITH A BAD ONE! AFTER LOOKING CAREFULLY AT THE PHONE IT WAS OBVIOUS THE PORT DIDN'T MATCH THE CONDITION OF MY FAIRLY NEW IPHONE! ALSO I FOUND OUT THE AVERAGE PRICE TO CHANGE A CHARGE PORT IS 40.00 DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!

Very good and professional workers. They repaired my cellphone screeen within 1 hour and thier price is way cheaper then other locations. The owner was very nice and gave me 10% dicount on cool cell phone accessories.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE TO THIS STORE If there was an option for a 0/5 rating, I would have chose that. They don't even deserve 1 star. I took my iPhone 6 in to get my screen replaced, because I had dropped it and it was cracked significantly. I found their add on Groupon to save a little cash. My phone was still operable when I took it in. Of course they made me sign a liability contract before I handed them my phone. The gentleman that was the "technician" said it would take 30 mins. About 30 mins later he returns with my phone and tells me the screen won't turn on because there is an issue with the "motherboard". The next day I took it in into the at&t store to get it checked out. They said the "technician" I took it to had stripped one of the screws inside forcing the at&t technician to forcefully open it and also the plate to the battery was missing. I was told that the "technician" at Dr Wireless had broken my phone. I went back and tried to confront the "technician" who had worked on my phone or should I say broke my phone, and he never showed up. He chose to talk to me over the phone and gave me many dry apologies and offered me an unlocked phone. This gentleman goes by the name Shiraz Soomro, the CEO/ Founder of the store. An unlocked phone does not replace the pictures, contacts, documents, notes, and precious memories I had on my now broken phone. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. On the other hand, the lady that was working at the store when I went was very helpful and does not deserve to work for these people.

The manager was so unprofessional, flirting with my woman every chance he got. We just wanted to get a phone and he decided to text himself my gf number on his phone. He then proceeded to text her throughout the next few days sending NUDE PICS of himself. If you dont want your phone and relationship violated by this Oakland Latino manager guy then stay away from this store. Bad service and very unprofessional.

awesome customer service and professional when it comes to repair. the price was affordable and it took me no time to get my cell phone work again. they were quick to fix my phone and i didnt have any problem with my phone after that. i would recommend this place to whoever wants to fix their cell phone or buy cell phone accessories in affordable price.
