Medical City Green Oaks Hospital
We needed to come in from out of town due to the admission of a family member. The Community Relations Manger (Mary Ann Niles), the Patient Advocate (Stephanie Haynes) Module D team, Roland, Le and the nursing staff were awesome. We appreciated all the assistance and support we received from the team. Thank you so much.

This is by far one of the best experiences I have encountered. You know the saying ,you can only keep what you have by giving it away, is true in Ms. Brenda's case. When I say she lives and breaths the A.A program, I mean just that. The special thing about it is that she pours her experiences into you making sure you understand the message before walking away. She is able to identify after a few minutes of speaking with you ,where you're at and what you need concerning your recovery. She is able to not just tell you but show you were you're at in the Big Book. It's an amazing experience happening in a home setting environment. She makes sure you feel welcomed and comfortable while building your foundation.....Thank you Ms. Brenda

Recovery Solution Addiction Treatment & Mobile Drug Testing
Extremely professional. I am a repeat customer and use a number of the services and products Recovery Solution has to offer. I first contacted them bc I needed to have a drug test administered mid night and they were open.I made the phone call at nearly midnight and within 30 minutes a company representative met me at the hospital, with all of the documents and professional testing kits. Plus it was so easy to pay with a credit card on site. so fast & professional.Next, i started gaining a habit of pain pills a doctor gave me when i got hurt on the job. Blake, the president, set me up for a doctor supervised taper and a team of specialists to help me. I told him i prob couldnt afford all the help he had in mind and he said "saving your life and mental state is more important than the money." So he gave me a big discount and he said just pay what you can and maybe someday donate to our scholarahip fund in the future ;) THEY WILL BE THE FIRST PLACE I SEND ANYBODY looking for help.

The doctors are nice but the office stinks. They forgot to send prescriptions to the pharmacy at least 3 times, made me go to the lab multiple times because they forgot to order the right labs, and scheduled me to come to the office when the building was still locked. Once I called thinking i was having preterm labor and was transferred to a nurse's voicemail and she never called back. I ended up transferring my pregnancy care in the 8th month because a heart defect was found on the sono. When i called the office to notify them of this, twice, both phone attendants didn't care and never bothered to tell the doctors.

Acct. number 1441704Customer service representative @ number 214-828-5695(Asian accent) is rude and not helpful. Also refused me the opportunity to speak to a supervisor. A representative name Cindy, a clerk was given my call instead of a supervisor a bit more helpful but just as rude and also refusing me the opportunity to speak to supervisor. I find it had to believe that the entire customer service department operates without a supervisor. They knew they were being rude and didn't want me to file a complaint.
Tips & Advices
This depends on the facility. Patients should call to find out if they'll need a referral from their physician prior to making an appointment.
Aside from hyperbaric oxygen treatment, most wound care centers offer:
  • Debridement: The removal of dead skin and tissue surrounding the wound. This can be done surgically, using a whirlpool bath, syringes, enzymes that dissolve the tissue, or wet dressings that dry on the wound and absorb the dead tissue.
  • Dressing: Wrapping the wound in a protective film, gauze, gel, or foam.
  • Compression stockings: Tight-fitted fabric sheaths that encourage blood flow.
  • Artificial skin: A covering that is applied to the wound for several days as it heals.
  • Ultrasound: The use of sound waves to promote healing.
  • Growth factor therapy: The use of materials naturally produced by the body to encourage quick cell growth.
  • Negative pressure therapy: Creating a vacuum around a wound to encourage faster blood flow to the area.
Depending on where the treatment is administered, hyperbaric oxygen treatment  can cost $100- $1,000. After insurance is applied, patients may have a copay of $10 -$50 or a coinsurance fee of 10 percent to 50 percent.
Most wounds should heal within two to six weeks. An individual should seek chronic wound treatment if a wound has not begun to heal after two weeks or is not completely healed after six.
Most health insurance plans cover wound care. Patients should check with the clinic and their health insurance provider before seeking treatment to be sure.
