1 2 3 Divorce
Great law firm. Best divorce attorney! I hired 123 Divorce and John Weininger was my lawyer in ugly divorce with child custody issues. They have better rates than any other family lawyers I consulted with. They let you pay in payments as much as you can afford. They did not ask for a retianer fee (where else do you find this??) The other 2 lawyers I consulted with before hiring any, wanted $3,000 and $5,000 in retainer fee. I ended up hiring 123 Divroce bcz John Weininger just simply cared. I went to his office 3 times before making a decision. He did not see my case as a steady money flow. He actullay saw it as someone's tragedy and really cared. He won my case in a hearbeat. He knows the field and is so good and natural at it. He guided me thru this entire nightmare with a lot of help and emotional support. He was not there just for money, he would call and check on me. He would reply emails and txts all the time. Best divorce lawyers ever.

1 2 3 Divorce
I endorse John Weninger. I used him many years ago and he did a job well done. Keep in mind, he keeps his prices low so most people can afford him. If you want an attorney that will be at your beckoning call all day and will take your calls all night, then hire one that will do just that. Don't forget to get your 50k out of your pocket either because that is what this kind of attorney costs ( I know since I just used finally paid off one of these types of attorneys). John does what he is supposed to do, has a caring staff and attitude, and wants whats best for you. He is a discount attorney and will do what he can to help. You really can't expect to pay these prices and demand a private jet, penthouse, and a supermodel for a date. Keep up the good work John!

1 2 3 Divorce
I am John Weninger, Managing Director of 123 Divorce Company. I read the awful posting on the siter and I want you to know that we treat everyone well. Call and see if you don't get treated kindly, considerately, and professionally. I suspect that an employee who was previously discharged is involved in the mean-spirited, anonymous attack. I am sure that you can judge for yourself whether there is an agenda behind the comment. Thank you, John Weninger

I completely disagree with the poor rating comment. Keith is a very straight shooting individual who doesn't charge you a ton of money to do the right thing. He makes it a point to find out what you want out of your current situatioin, and let's you know honnestly, your fights that will come along. I would send my family to this guy.

Great customer service and pleasant experience. Everyone at the firm treated me with dignity and respect, and my outcome exceeded expectations.
Tips & Advices
Each state has different mandates on how child support is determined. But there are some basic factors that underline how costs are determined in each state, including:
  • Income level of parent that needs to pay support (in the case of joint custody, the costs are determined by income of each party and the percentage of time the child spends with each parent)
  • Financial needs of child
  • Child’s standard of living before the divorce occurred
This is a divorce in which one party does not have to prove that the other’s actions lead to a deterioration of the marriage. The reason for divorce is listed as "irreconcilable differences" or an "irreparable breakdown of the marriage,” meaning the marriage was no longer working and could not be repaired.
Family law attorneys are helpful in cases where the two parties are not on amicable terms. The lawyers can act as intermediaries between the two parties and help them come to any settlement agreements, however long that may take. Lawyers can also help parties navigate tricky state laws regarding settlement agreements and child custody, thus expediting the process.
A contested divorce is one in which the parties cannot agree on either the necessity of the divorce as a whole, or how assets (money, property, etc.) and child custody should be split between them in the divorce. An uncontested divorce is when the parties are in agreement on how assets and child custody will be split between them. These divorces can sometimes be handled without hiring a lawyer.
It is possible for a couple to get a divorce without hiring a family law attorney. If the two parties are in agreement on how finances, child custody, properties, etc., will be split, then they can file the necessary court documents themselves and avoid the services of a lawyer.
