Dee Lincoln's Bubble Bar & Private Events
Dee Lincoln mentioned her cajun background, which may explain why the Crispy Oysters were the star of my dining experience along with the Bananas Foster Crumble. I’m impressed with the breading and comfort feeling after taking a bite of the oysters, and the sweetness of the bananas foster transported me to a New Orleans cafe. These items left me wanting more. I think the real lesson here is that if you eat here, the Cajun items are the way to go.Also, the Sushi Pizza intrigued me. The creamy sauce spiked with Sriracha and lots and lots of wasabi tobiko (flying fish roe flavored with Japanese horseradish) onto ahi tuna and tempura rice crust to pull it together. It’s a great starter or snack to enjoy while you dine here.

Williams Fried Chicken
Excellent fried chicken which is far superior to the big-name places. They also have tons of things which aren't on the online menu like sandwiches, catfish, fried livers & *corn fritters* which are 2die4 good! BIG portions of side orders like spicy rice (yummy!), fries & mashed potatoes. The only downside is they're often busy and it's not uncommon to wait, but their food is well worth any minimal delay. Actually, I was stunned to see they'd received two such low ratings here, so 4 stars from me is probably more realistic. Still, we've eaten at Williams 10-15 times and barring the occasional wait, I cannot recall EVER being disappointed with the food.

Liu's Kitchen
First of all Liu's is a Chinese Restaurant, they do not specialize in 'BBQ ribs and Chicken where chicken 'grizzle' would be present. My significant other and I decided to try them today and WHAT A Treat! We liked the food so much we decided to find a "Review Website" and rate them.Maybe just be mindful that english is not their first language. The lady was friendly and diligent so she made it easy to order. The food was well made, Very tasty and better than some of the more expensive Chinese Restaurants we frequent. And, for us, it was take out. It was our first and NOT our last time ordering with Liu's Restaurant!

Potato Flats
So I enjoy a good baked potato as much as the next guy and about the only time I have it is usually roped with BBQ chopped beef and sauce. So I figured I'd enjoy this place.Make your own or order from preset options, I got the #4 Creamed Beef on a regular potato (you can get a sweet potato for no extra cost). Assembly is similar to subway/chipotle style, everything Premade is piled on top of the now flattened-in-a-plate baked potato. It was hot and filling. Flavors? Mild is a nice word for it.It was an experience. I probably will not be back though.

Hook Line & Sinker
down-right good food in a quaint little building/house. I stopped by just because it looked like a great place to take friends and family. Although it's a little cramped inside, it was great. since moving to Texas I've fallen in love with Catfish. Lots of places to get it but few that I would go back to. This is the Third place I've found that I would drive out of my way for the fish. Be Aware - I took some elderly people here and they did not enjoy the tight crowds and the noise, although they thought the food was good as well.

Ku Sushi & Japanese Cuisine
I love KU !!!!! Preston-Forest. S-W corner. Great FRESH - FRESH SUSHI. Lovely presentation, nice variety, friendly service, relaxing ambiance and an excellent owner make this my favorite Sushi restaurant in an area overflowing with eateries. I have been going here since the first week it opened and have NEVER had a bad piece of fish. I like to have green onions, water cress, etc. to added to my Sushi and KU is always accommodating, at no extra cost. Great bargain Bento boxes at lunch.

Little Katana
Stopped here for lunch only because there was a free and open parking spot right at the front door :)Nice interiors, service was attentive but not intrusive: sat at the sushi bar since I was alone and ordered from the Lunch menu the Katana Deluxe. Figured this was a good sushi sampling even though I was tempted by their Bento Box offerings too.Overall it was well done: clean and fresh. The order did come with their house 101 Roll which had a nice spicy flavor.

Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen
Absolutely delicious. We'd ordered the coconut shrimp app, best I've ever had. Wasn't caked on batter, golden brown fry, and a heavenly dipping sauce. For entree, I'd had red fish (amazing), crab meat (phenomenal) and shrimp (great side). Spouse had the Chilean sea bass, which was so tender and tasty. Unable to resist, we got the praline bread pudding too and it was amazing. Definitely going back and would recommend all of these dishes.

Ai Sushi Sake Grill
Nice place: first time here, stopped for dinner and craving sushi. They have a huge menu of the usual and unusual offering, I stuck with the specialty and house offerings which include riceless options. We ordered so many items I can't remember the names of them all but the riceless owns wrapped with salmon, cucumbers and soy wrappers were my favorites.Service is attentive without being annoying: the space inside is very attractive.

Alounak
The Vegetarian Soup lacked salt but was otherwise tasty. The beef stew with eggplant was served with saffron rice and a side salad with a delicious yogurt dressing: the rice was, well, rice and the stew was overly salted but had good pieces of beef and the eggplant was not slimy (a great thing).Staff are friendly but they do hover a little too much for my liking.I'm not sure why they are playing nonstop Christmas music though LOL

Just a moment...
