I had really horrible credit and extensive prior records, still they helped me with the perfect car. Later on, my son and mother bought cars from them. I have to say that the cars were in really great shape and the employees went out of their way to help us. They’re the kindest folks I’ve ever met. I recommend them whole heartedly. Any bad reviews ... just have to be the ones that didn’t make payments, ran away with their cars and got repossessed after a few months of hiding their cars.

Very helpful getting you into a great car! They really help you find a way to get into a car so you can drive home.

Terrible. Just flat out terrible. Don't get a car from them. They will trick you into a lemon. Only had my car a week and its already locked up on me 5 times. There is a HUGE oil leak and they refuse to fix my car so i can lock my doors.

I bought a truck from this car lot and they lied and said it was a clean title they promised everything was ok and that the truck was in perfectly good condition the first day I got it I drove it on the freeway and the check engine light came on I imminently took it to a mechanic and they told me the transmission was messed up already. When I told them the light came on they told me they couldn't do anything until it started to mess up . The next day the car started shaking and the gears did not want to kick in I would push on the gas peddle and it would only hit 40 . I could literally push it all the way down to the floor and it was only go to 40, 45 the most. I went back to talk to the lady from the car lot and told her I did not want the truck anymore and all I wanted was my money back that I've only had the truck for 3 days and it was already messing up she said no we can't do that. I asked her two other options which was them letting me use another car while they fixed it and they said they couldn't do it and that they didn't know how long the wait was even if they were able to fix it. She also said all my payments had to be on time even if I didn't have the truck. She lied which means she broke the contract. The contract was no longer valid but she held that against us that we signed and she couldn't do anything about it. THIS "BUSINESS " is a scam they sell you a vehicle that DOES NOT WORK and take your money DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL JUST RIP YOU OFF IN THE END . VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

Texas Drive Auto Dealer
Called and talked to Felipe. Went and test drove a few cars. Now REMEMBER, the majority of these cars are bought at Auction. At Auction, they are not allowed to test drive. They can start them, and visually check. NO PRESALE INSPECTION. Knowing that, I test drove a couple cars and decided on one I liked. Did NOT buy that day. Went and shopped around some more and returned several days later. Test drove car again. Got down under it, into it. Looked for leaks, damages etc. NOTHING. Bought car. Met Simon (owner). On my way home from Dallas to Carrollton the transmission started acting up. Apparently once it got up to temp it started lurching pretty badly. Called Simon. It was 5:30 on a Saturday and they close at 6. He had 5000.00 of my money. He told me to bring it back, he would wait.Upon my return, Simon met me in the parking lot. Was very apologetic. Had my money in his hand. He was TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL. Explained that sometimes they miss things. He offered my to look at other cars. HE EVEN OFFERED ME TO TAKE ONE HOME FOR SEVERAL DAYS to see if I like it, and if so, then buy it. This guy EARNED the right to get my business.

Do not buy a car here! They have lied to us from day one. We paid cash for a car from them over 60 days ago, our paper plate has expired, we have been waiting for our plates since. We bought the car, we have not received them nor the title yet, the lady hung up on me. Last time I called, time to call our , what a shame, what people will do for money.

I bought a car from this place & it took me over a year to receive my plates. They also told me it was a clean title & it wasn't, they claimed they lost the original so they gave me a copy. They're full of it! Stay away from this place by all means. All they do is lie & they are super unprofessional. Once they trap you into a sale they can care less about you. You have been warned! Don't believe me? Check out their BBB rating!

I am giving DriversSelect 1 star because they have deceptive business practices! I bought from them, because they had a fair price on a vehicle I liked. That is the only positive about my purchase, because I bought it out of state, they told me by law that I had to license it through them. There was a $259 delivery fee and $150 document fee and that was all that I would pay (above the vehicle and actual license fee from Arkansas). They charged me more $14.50 state inspection (but I don't live in TX) $16.61 dealer inventory tax, $79.98 process fee for out of state (Didn't I just get charge $150 for document fee ? FRAUD) and they still over paid the sales tax to Arkansas, so they say I have to speak to the DMV to get that money back. I love my car, but DriversSelect is deceptive, lying and will not take responsibility for their actions. I have given them 2 weeks to compromise on a settlement and they would not budge. Look for my posts on every outlet.
