Precision General Contractors
We experienced a fire in the kitchen of our home this summer that caused major damage from the fire itself, as well as immense water damage from the efforts to put out the fire. We immediately contacted our insurance company, who made arrangements for us to stay at a hotel. We were referred to Precision General Contractors and we contacted them and arranged for them to visit the property and meet with us. They inspected the problem and spent hours analyzing every angle of the damage and the cost. They itemized everything into a very organized estimate showing all of the cost. We eventually retained them as our general contractor and they met with our adjuster when he visited the property. They worked diligently with the adjuster and they were on the same page regarding the steps needed to be taken to make the repairs and the costs involved. Every single aspect of everything affected was covered.Precision went about making the repairs almost immediately. Their crews were managed by one project manager who kept in close contact with us throughout the whole process. The crews arrived early every morning 6 days out of the week. It was extremely important to us that the repairs were handled quickly as we were in a hotel with our children while the repairs were made. They never let the job sit stale. We felt like they used every hour available to make the needed repairs. Very efficient! The end result was more than fantastic. Every single item was put back together brand new, many of which were actually upgraded to better quality. At the end of the day, the only thing out of our pocket was the deductible. We were in the hotel a total of 11 days. Before we moved back in, Precision even paid to have a professional maid service clean our home. It was like nothing had ever happened. We can’t say enough nice things about Precision General Contractors and we would highly recommend them to anyone needing a great contractor!

Parks Auto Sales
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!My husband and I have purchased five vehicles from Parks Auto Sales. After having visited other dealerships and being turned off by dishonest and untrustworthy sales persons, our visit to Parks Auto Sales was a breath of fresh air! I must say this dealership is top notch. WOW.... what an experience, this is not your ordinary dealership. These guys are not only helpful, but they aren't pushy when it comes to helping you choose your car. The first visit we just browsed their inventory, and we were greeted immediately by both Mr. Parks and his sons as soon as we arrived. When we were ready to make a purchase they were very helpful in making sure we could afford the vehicle. They also helped us with a very reasonable downpayment, and connected us with an insurance agent for affordable car insurance. Since they report to the credit bureau we have have both been able to re-build our credit just by making our car payments every week. They are a family owned business and they are all very polite, respectful and helpful. It's also very refreshing to hear KCBI 90.9 playing outside and inside everytime time we visit this dealership. I have no doubts that we will be visiting Parks Auto Sales again!

DriveTime Used Cars
Not sure why all the negative reviews. We (the wife and i) had a great experience from start to finish.Everyone we dealt with were both professional and knowledgeable. Our salesman Christopher walked us through all our options based on what we felt comfortable with as a down payment and monthly payment.Based on our income which is small as we are retired and on Social Security.(And without the highest credit score---i know this, it was never mentioned by them however) Chris was able to find both a vehicle we liked and with payments we could afford. Yes it took some time, and we had to wait while the vehicle was transported from another DriveTime. But the point is--we left with a very nice vehicle. Not to mention we drove to Garland from Wills Point and had no desire to come back the next day.Everyone we came in contact with was great. Thank you all--Christopher,Karl,Jamere,and Randell. On a side note--and more than likely not politically correct but Randell is not a he--but she is a very nice young lady.Again i have no idea why all the negative reviews---im an old Vietnam Vet,if your a vet, give them a try. If u aren't happy blame me. If i live long enough to pay this one off--i'll buy another from them.

Texas Drive Auto Dealer
Called and talked to Felipe. Went and test drove a few cars. Now REMEMBER, the majority of these cars are bought at Auction. At Auction, they are not allowed to test drive. They can start them, and visually check. NO PRESALE INSPECTION. Knowing that, I test drove a couple cars and decided on one I liked. Did NOT buy that day. Went and shopped around some more and returned several days later. Test drove car again. Got down under it, into it. Looked for leaks, damages etc. NOTHING. Bought car. Met Simon (owner). On my way home from Dallas to Carrollton the transmission started acting up. Apparently once it got up to temp it started lurching pretty badly. Called Simon. It was 5:30 on a Saturday and they close at 6. He had 5000.00 of my money. He told me to bring it back, he would wait.Upon my return, Simon met me in the parking lot. Was very apologetic. Had my money in his hand. He was TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL. Explained that sometimes they miss things. He offered my to look at other cars. HE EVEN OFFERED ME TO TAKE ONE HOME FOR SEVERAL DAYS to see if I like it, and if so, then buy it. This guy EARNED the right to get my business.

Cinsay Inc
I have worked at Cinsay for over 3 years now and the amount of growth and progress is staggering. Around a year ago the Company issued a huge re-structure and implemented new management. Best Decision Ever. Customers are handled and trained in a much more efficient way. You always have support to reach out to at any time. The product offerings have expanded to include Google placement, Website Builds and Social Media Creation. Coupled with the transactional video player the company is famous for , this is definitely a winning combination. I think this company gets a bad rep from its Rocky start and poor initial structure. 90% of these post are from old employees who were terminated looking for some way to lash out. I would defiantly recommend Cinsay to any small to medium business looking for assistance in marketing or Video creation.

Morrison Auto Group
Bought a 2001 Corolla from Mr. James here. The vehicle was fine, but the professionalism left a lot to be desired. Mr. James conveniently disappeared before we completed the sale. Then I had to wait for the plates, which I was told would be mailed to me. Called back over a month later after not receiving the plates, only to be told by the office that the plates were there, but Mr. James said he's not mailing them. Subsequently called Mr. James on his phone, and he was very rude about not mailing the plates, even after I explained to him that picking them up wasn't a problem (even though I live pretty far away). The problem was that no-one contacted me to let me know that the arrangement had changed. Mr. James even hung up on me mid-sentence. Lost 3-stars for this experience, and I'm being generous.

Texas Imports Sales
It has been many years since I have purchased a vehicle from a car dealership other than Carmax. I had grown weary of the games, negotiations, and pressures faced at car dealerships. I decided to purchase a specific model of Range Rover that only Texas Import Sales had in my area. I was a little hesitant at first but, Ms. April Christian was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was very honest and accommodating of my situation as I am currently overseas. She was even able to get me a financing deal that was far better than what my own bank was able to do. If I am ever in the market for another high end vehicle, Texas Import Sales would definitely be at the top of my list for doing business with again. Many thanks to Ms. Christian for her patience and diligence throughout the buying process!!

Straight Line Automotive Group
To be honest, I was a little doubtful about buying a car that i haven't seen in person. April Christian gave me a very good deal for a Bentley Continental GT. She explained to me every detail that i needed to know about the car and i was also informed of how the car will be sent to me since i don't want to drive the car from Texas all the way to New Jersey. She was very helpful. She always picks up my call and replies to my emails immediately whenever i had questions about the deal. I would say that my overall experience with this company from their inventory to deals and delivery has been excellent and I would definitely refer Straight Line Automotive to my friends and everyone i know that's looking to buy great cars!

Buckner & Elam Auto Sales
I have personnally bought several cars from Rex.. 3 of which were from Buckner and Elam Auto Sales and 2 from when the same lot was called The Corner Lot. I hthought Rex was extremely generous with help. When I had trouble making a payment he would extend payments for me and even helped get my cars repaired on a few occasions. (Something I would say 95% of used car lots would not do.)All of my cars I have bought from him (02 Ford Escort, 00 Dodge Neon, 02 Ford Mustang, and my cars I still own now a 07 Dodge Caliber and 99 Dodge Durango) and my had been very dependable. I would and have recommended Buckner and Elam Auto Sales to all of my family and friends that are looking for a good used car.

Elite Local Advertising
Elite Local Advertising is by far the best flyer distribution company I've worked with. When I first called ELA I was really nervous because of the experience I had with a previous flyer distribution company. When I went to check their work I found almost all of my flyers in a dumpster at a store that was close. Heck it could have been ALL of them as far as I know. The guarantees ELA gave me was in writing and we were able to come up with things that both they as a distributor and I as a client were happy with. The delivery of my flyers was done quickly, and I was given updates ever few hours. I was even able to see my flyers on some of the houses in the areas they canvassed! BEST company EVER!
Tips & Advices
If there is ever a dispute regarding payment over the course of the project, a contractor or subcontractor could place a payment claim, or lien, on your property. To avoid this, ask the contractor to sign a lien release, which is a legal agreement that states that any payment accepted is final. This can come in handy if a contractor has his or her own payment issues with their subcontractors. Signing a lien release form certifies that any payment made by a client to the contractor is enough to pay for any goods or services rendered.
Absolutely ask. Paying too much up front offers the homeowner minimal leverage if the quality of work does not meet expectations or contractual specifications. Try to establish a reasonable pay schedule, such as paying 10 percent of the total cost for each 10 percent of the work that is completed. Include this payment plan in the contract, as well.
Before any money changes hands, there should be a contract to sign. Make sure the specifics of the work and all costs are listed in the contract, including details. If you forget to have something included in the contract after signing it, there's rarely a chance of recourse.
Ask the contractor for proof of their certification before signing anything, as well as their proof of insurance. You should also check your homeowners insurance policy to see if they offer coverage for contracted work. You may want to call your insurance provider and ask for more details on what your plan will and won't cover.
Yes. Plans for how the work site will be cleaned at the end of each day as well as at the conclusion of work need to be put in writing. An experienced general contractor should make every effort to keep the workspace clean and prevent dirtying or damaging any other area. Even so, talk with the contractor about the daily schedule, the logistics of transporting workers and equipment, and how cleanup will be handled.

Just a moment...
