Our experience with our salesperson at John Eagle Honda was great. She was friendly, and everything went smoothly for her part of the process. With that being said, we had a HORRIBLE experience in the finance department. We spent approximately 3 hours with the finance person who was clearly new. We spent over two hours with this man for him to put in our application, discuss warranties, and negotiate interest rates. During this time, we told him multiple times that we did not want any warranties on the vehicle. After our finance person made several trips to the manager’s office in which the interest rate kept changing, an assistant manager came into the office. The assistant manager then told us that instead of the interest rate in the 2s that we were told by our finance person, our interest rate would be in the high 3s. Despite the increase in our interest rate, our monthly payment had somehow decreased. When I asked the assistant manager to explain how this was possible, we were told that the only way we could get the interest rate in the 2s was if we purchased the warranty. Our finance person did not tell us that we had to buy the warranty if we wanted our interest rate in the 2s, and we had told him multiple times that we did not want any warranties. The assistant manager also stated regarding the interest rate and the purchase of the warranty, “we have to make money some way.” After all this, we agreed to pay the higher interest rate with no warranties. When we signed the paperwork, there were two additional warranties that they added on totaling approximately $200. At this point, it has now been 10 days since we purchased this vehicle, and our old vehicle is still not paid off. My husband has sent multiple emails regarding the payoff of the old vehicle, and nothing has been done to rectify the situation. The finance department at this dealership is INEPT and DECEPTIVE. If you will need to finance your vehicle, please find another dealership.

I was in the market for a used car. I had looked everywhere!!! My wife actually found a vehicle @ this dealership as I was very tired of looking. I had been looking to replace by 2005 Saturn Vue due to it being totaled in an accident. I actually emailed to inquire about a 2005 Chevy Equinox that was very nicely priced and looked great. I received an email back from Moe within minutes. I also received a call back from Paul and another email back from Mark. I was impressed. I was able to print out the car fax and let Paul know I would be in Saturday morning to check out the car. My father in law and I arrived around 9:30 and were greeted promptly by Moe. Paul was pulling the car right around. I had forgotten my wallet so my wife sent a text to Paul of my DL and insurance card. We then took the car to Firestone to have it checked out...a few minor problems...just regular maintenance issues that I can take care of. We talked about price and settled on a fair price and we were gone. Paul and the staff are even provided me with a brand new battery as the one in the car was kind of week. Great car though!!! I advised I would be back on Monday as they requested to get the new battery installed. Great Staff!!! I did not tell them but my father in law is looking to come back to get one of the Hyundai Sonatas that are in their warehouse...another plus as all of their cars are kept inside. You never know....I may be back for another one too....thanks so much Moe, Paul, and Mark for the great service and professionalism!!!! Keep up the great work!!!!A very satisfied customer...Kyle

My son and I attended the Winter 2005 boat show. We went to learn about PWCs and what model might best fit our needs. Although we had ridden several rented and friends' models, we wanted to make a wise purchase for our needs. We visited several vendors at the show that had the model we decided on and purchased it from Cory at Motion CycleSports. The other vendors either didn't know what they were talking about or sat their lazy butts in their chairs moaning about how long the boat show day was. Then we can across a class act: Cory. He answered all our questions and, trust me, we had a lot. We really had to decide between several manufacturers' pros and cons (styling, etc.) and we decided to go with a leader: Sea-Doo. Now we needed to decide on the model and Cory continued to provide unbiased answers that best fit our interests. We were not even worried about the price because Motion/Cory had no hidden agenda. Cory, with the backing of a great "working owner" Steve, was committed to getting us the best product at the best price. With no pressure to buy now from Cory and all the help he provided, I had to tell him thanks and let all the information soak in. It's certainly not a small purchase for me. Plus, I'm a guy that wants to sleep on things.

I have had nothing but five-star service from everyone up at Motion. They have continued helping me from when I first walked through the door. I have been buying bikes from Motion for years and Steve has been the best. Steve is the man who makes everything happen. He loves racing and knows what people want. Wow, their parts department and service department are over the top. I want to say thanks to Chad, Brad, and especially Dwayne and Jack Yost for helping me keep my bike together by doing whatever it takes to make sure my parts are there on time. Sprint and Jeremy have put in many hours helping me work on bikes and giving me advice on the phone. These guys really know their stufftry them! From buying my bike to keeping it running, the team up at Motion is top notch. They have been sponsoring me for years and without them I could not be racing the way I am now. I would refer anyone to them. I have raced TCCRA for five years now, and would recommend all TCCRA riders to visit their shop. Thanks for providing such a great dealership

I was in a car accident and needed to have my car fixed. I called several dealers (Honda) and after speaking with them decided to go with Rusty Wallis body shop (collision center). Abraham Medrano is the one that helped me and he was wonderful. My husband and I had a lot of questions and he answered them all to our satisfaction and made us feel at ease. He took care of everything. He talked with our insurance adjuster for things that came up and got the car back to us on time. He called us when it was ready. He was very courteous and showed us everything that was fixed when we picked up the car. It was a very scary and hectic time and it was nice to have someone trustworthy to take care of our car. The person that answered the phones was also courteous. Whenever I called to speak with Abraham, he was available and replied to any e-mails I sent promptly. I have never left reviews before but I felt this experience should be shared and may help someone who has been in an accident and needs their car fixed.

We made an appointment, but it was not noted anywhere. However, we were seen quickly. We had three recalls done and a lube/oil change with pre-purchased coupon. We were told by the person who processed us that the liftgate software for our Acadia recall was not yet in the dealership, but our receipt showed that that recall was done. We have been in several times to have recall service performed and to have prepaid oil change/lube and tire rotation done on our 2011 Acadia. Our visit on 8/14/2015 was the first one at which we were not pushed to have more work done than we requested. Thank you. It was also the first time we were not over-charged. In the past we were charged for the tire rotation and/or the oil change/lube for which we had prepaid. Once we were even charged for the recall work we had done. We were not looking forward to the humiliation of having to argue about inappropriate charges, but much to our surprise, there was no charge on our account at all. Thank you, and keep up the good work!

Jahangir has all types of cars in very clean condition without accidental/salvage problem. You can find the carfax for all cars free of cost at his website I purchased Toyota camry 2005 4 weeks ago in very attractive price. The best part was he handed over the car only on 2500$ cash and rest of the amount by check. Jahangir also helped me to get the car insurance right away from his computer so that I can drive back Plano safely. He is really very helpful guy. So far, the car driving experience has been very good and no complains. The only problem I found was the car has very little puncher on the sidewall of tyre and I could not get it fixed from anywhere. To his kindness he agreed to get it fix or replace the tyre. I would highly recommend Apna Auto for good choice of car. Thanks Jahangir for a great deal.

I have only experienced positive and great experiences at Freedom Chevrolet. Phill that was staff member that attended to me. He came out greeted me and took notes on what I needed. I left my car and knew it was in good hands, Later I got a call from Phill in which he explained everything that was wrong to my car. He let me know what was covered under warranty and what was not. I gave him the okay and to proceed and he told me to be there by 3:00 pm as he would have my car ready. When I showed up he walked me to the cashier for payment and honored a coupon I had then I was on my way with my car that drove so much better than the way it did on the way there. I am very happy and pleased with the services I receive from my dealership. The staff is all very excellent. As I was there I was greeted by different staff members and asked many times if I was being helped or needed help. I love the team members at Freedom Chevrolet!

I have had no problems with the 2007 Volvo we purchased from George. It's a beautiful car. George was very upfront that the car was salvaged. I prefer salvaged cars because they're so much cheaper. He did a good job repairing the damage to the car and we're driving the nicest car we've ever owned and paid about $2,500 below blue book! Not to mention he let us put a down payment down, and pay the rest interest free! Every time I go in to make a payment we always have pleasant exchanges about our families and life. I don't know about the other reviews on here, but George has some good cars. With any used car, you should inspect it thoroughly for issues. I looked at ours very close and we had no issues other than needing to recharge the freon once it got cold outside. I fixed this myself for $25. I recommend AAMO Auto for folks looking to find a nice car on a budget.

As a listener of “Wheels with Ed Wallace”, I have become educated about the automotive industry and car buying in particular. In the past I have bought new and used cars from the closest dealership and have always had bad experiences. This time, although there is a Honda dealership within two miles of my house, I decided to go to two dealerships that are sponsors and endorsed by Ed: a Subaru dealership and Eagle Honda. Both experiences were very different than what I expected and have been used to. I decided on the Honda, and couldn’t have been more pleased with the courtesy and professionalism - from the salesman, to the title guy, to the owner (who came to greet us and thank us when we picked up the car) I even e-mailed Ed a few days ago to thank him for the “education”. Even though it’s not as convenient to drive across town, so far it’s been worth it.
