We were so thrilled with the service that Tom gave to us, and all the personal time he put in to our decision. Tom was friendly, reliable, professional and just flat-out great. We felt confident that he was honest and fair. Our units were installed within a day or two, and we now breathe clean, fresh air. Competitive pricing too- with extras thrown in. GREAT SERVICE!

The company came out to give me an estimate on having mold removed from air ducts. Unsatisfied with the estimate, I opted not to do business with the company. Three days after the day of the estimate, I came home to find the temperature in my home to be 85 degrees. Instinctly, I went up in the attic to check the unit and within a minute discovered that the covers to the blower and coil were reversed. I can't say for certain whether this resulted from incompetence or if it was done intentionally. I'm inclined to think the latter, since in retrospect I believe that the guys purposely delayed putting the covers back on until after I departed the attic. If I, a laywoman, immediately noticed that the unit sounded louder and felt air blowing from the blower through the erroroneously placed vented coil cover, shouldn't trained professionals have caught that? It's now been over 12 hours since I fixed the covers, and my house has only cooled down to 79 degrees.I am now wondering if they any additional damage that may have caused my coil to leak freon. I'll be having someone come out to check and I'll update this post with the response. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!!

If I could give half a star I would. No returned calls after showing up for the 1st appointment with no supplies to test or fix the AC system. I was patient on day 2, no call, no show. Day 3 and they still wont call or answer phones. Not sure how they are still in business.

**BEWARE** WILSON WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY AGREEMENT** We used Wilson to install our new HVAC system 5 yrs ago & they did a good job. We used them annually as our maintenance & check-up to meet our warranty T&C's..but you really find out about a company when a actual problem comes up. Our AC stopped working Saturday night about 7pm. We called Wilson's 24/7 number more than once & got no answer - Never a call back or anything! We had to use another provider to repair our unit because it was a 100 degrees & Wilson was MIA! We called Monday to find out why we never got a call & get a refund for the out of pocket cost from the other provider, since we had a 10 yr "Gold Warranty" that was supposed to cover all parts, labor etc. We have met all terms & conditions. The manager Carrie was rude to my wife when she called & was rude to me when I called. Told me my warranty didn't cover the work before even knowing my address & pulling my acct!! BBB case is open to try & resolve

called this guys for unlimited vent cleaning for $69 bugs saw in the mailer. They interested to sell a mold package instead.I do not how these guys come with the conclusion i do have mold without even testing a sample. I asked them to do what i called for and give a estimate for the rest. Their vent cleaning is poor quality , i wont recommmend.
