I called several different tinting places to get quotes for my 2012 Chrysler 200 that we jut got from the dealership. This was the place the salesman recommended we go. The quote they gave me was by far the best I came across so I set up an appointment. I work a lot and only have Mondays off and I was able to call on Saturday and get in at 9 a.m. sharp Monday morning so I was definitely thrilled about that. They told me when i set up the appointment that it would only take an hour and half to two hours to complete so I planned my day according to that time frame. We arrived there about 15 minutes till 9 and when all was said and done we didn't leave until just after 1 o clock. You could imagine my disappointment with this if they would have been up front with me about the timing i would of been more ok with it because i could of planned for it. That was just this morning we are very pleased with the quality of the job that was done and the staff there was really cool and understanding of what I wanted for my new car. I would recommend this place to others the price was amazing the quality was great just plan on sticking around for awhile also i strongly recommend trying to get there first there were cars constantly pulling in and there isn't a really big space for parking at all I couldn't imagine what it would be like if we didn't get there early there was a customer that showed up a little after us and his truck was barely getting worked on when we left. GET HERE EARLY is my advice!!!!!!

My wife and I just bought our 2011 Infiniti G37x Sport here and this place was amazing. We live down in Pratville, but drove 2hrs just to see the car then ended up buying it. They showed us everything, from the CARFAX report to any service done to the vehicle while in their possession. If you are looking for a brand new vehicle, go to a New car dealership. This place is great for what it is and am glad we found it on Craigslist. You'll be satisfied with their customer service even if you don't make a purchase. I have always bought my cars from a private owner, but would have to say that this was a great experience. Highly recommended!

The day we traveled to Cullman to get it, the staff was very professional ,friendly and helpful. Matt Barnett talked with us and his great personality, made us feel as if we were home folks. We had not previously met any of the staff. We feel we made a wise decision when we chose to do business with Bill Smith Buick GMC, and will definitely highly recommend your company to our family and friends.

I found them on Auto Trader and came to their website. I was able to surf through their site to find the Toyota Camry I loved. I called and they told me it was still on the lot so I went in the next day and took it for a test drive. It drove perfect, even though it was a used car it was in great condition! No gimmicks or phony sales guys! These guys are the real thing.

Our salesman, Todd, was very helpful. He was not the typical "car salesman". He walked us through the process and strived to make us comfortable. Besides Todd, everyone we dealt with throughout the day was friendly and went out of their way to help us with the final details. This is our second truck we have purchased, we will be back! Thank you!

I found this 2010 Silverado, with only 5460 miles on it, at this dealership thru the USAA car buying service. I am a 48yo man who has had many new and used cars and trucks over the years and must say that between USAA's service and this dealerships outstanding services, this has been my best experience to date!!

OK, Once again these guys go above and beyond. By no fault of theirs, the A/C compressor took a dump. They got it in in one day, and took less than 2 hours to replace it. That's awesome, especially when it's record heat. Next job's brakes. I can't thank you all enough. Awesome service!!!

Tips & Advices
Some dealers accept returns if the component is returned with the original invoice. Some dealers might charge a re-stocking fee for returns. Others may not accept returns at all. It's common for dealers to not accept returns on electrical parts. Customers should ask about return policies before purchasing.
A salvage yard might test used car parts before selling them, but customers should ask whether tests have been performed on the part or not. All parts, especially electrical components, should be tested prior to purchase. Most salvage yards and auto repair shops should have a 12-volt battery to test electrical parts.
Sometimes it is worth buying used car parts. If the part is in good condition, a car owner could save money by buying the used part. However, if the part is something that's unsafe to purchase used, like brake parts or air bags, or if the part is too deteriorated to be safe, it's worth the cost to buy new.
Junkyards are businesses where people can shop for used car parts. Other names for these businesses include salvage yards and automotive recyclers. Auto repair shops might also sell used car parts.
Yes, most used car part dealers sell to the general public. However, just like with any car parts purchase, buyers should look into the dealer’s warranty policy and might want to price shop at several places.
