I called several different tinting places to get quotes for my 2012 Chrysler 200 that we jut got from the dealership. This was the place the salesman recommended we go. The quote they gave me was by far the best I came across so I set up an appointment. I work a lot and only have Mondays off and I was able to call on Saturday and get in at 9 a.m. sharp Monday morning so I was definitely thrilled about that. They told me when i set up the appointment that it would only take an hour and half to two hours to complete so I planned my day according to that time frame. We arrived there about 15 minutes till 9 and when all was said and done we didn't leave until just after 1 o clock. You could imagine my disappointment with this if they would have been up front with me about the timing i would of been more ok with it because i could of planned for it. That was just this morning we are very pleased with the quality of the job that was done and the staff there was really cool and understanding of what I wanted for my new car. I would recommend this place to others the price was amazing the quality was great just plan on sticking around for awhile also i strongly recommend trying to get there first there were cars constantly pulling in and there isn't a really big space for parking at all I couldn't imagine what it would be like if we didn't get there early there was a customer that showed up a little after us and his truck was barely getting worked on when we left. GET HERE EARLY is my advice!!!!!!

The day we traveled to Cullman to get it, the staff was very professional ,friendly and helpful. Matt Barnett talked with us and his great personality, made us feel as if we were home folks. We had not previously met any of the staff. I have been pleased with the service department at Bill Smith Buick GMC each and every time my truck has needed service. Michelle (my normal contact)is a great asset to this dealership as well as the others in the service department. Michelle always calls me with any updates during my service. Bill Smith is an all around excellent place to do business. I appreciate all they do.

Our salesman, Todd, was very helpful. He was not the typical "car salesman". He walked us through the process and strived to make us comfortable. Besides Todd, everyone we dealt with throughout the day was friendly and went out of their way to help us with the final details. This is our second truck we have purchased, we will be back! I found this 2010 Silverado, with only 5460 miles on it, at this dealership thru the USAA car buying service. I am a 48yo man who has had many new and used cars and trucks over the years and must say that between USAA's service and this dealerships outstanding services, this has been my best experience to date!!

OK, Once again these guys go above and beyond. By no fault of theirs, the A/C compressor took a dump. They got it in in one day, and took less than 2 hours to replace it. That's awesome, especially when it's record heat. Next job's brakes. I can't thank you all enough. Awesome service!!!
