Isuzu Dealership
2011 Nissan Maxima SV - Well equiped... I have been to M'Lady now for five separate cars and wouldn't go back if I didn't feel I was treated fairly and with respect. I have either purchased or leased two Muranos, a Quest and now my second Maxima! I have dealt with Scott M'Lady a couple of times now along with Tom and Mir the sales managers and have always felt that it is without the normal stress and axiety that can come with buying a car. Once I left the sales floor this past trip, I met Betty Jo who was really pleasant and easy to deal with while she talked to me about some additional options I could put on the car. Finally, Bryan in finance sealed everything up (again) for me and I was on my way in just a couple hours with another very good experience. I keep telling myself I'll get another make / model of vehicle but I have found that Nissan's themselves are extremely reliable and appealing to me and this particular dealership is one that I would recommend to anyone. Great Job once again!!!

American Muscle Car
Had a very positive experience. I worked with a representative named Jaime (not sure on spelling). There were no high pressure sales tactics, in fact, it was just the opposite. The rep encouraged me to go over the car with a fine tooth comb before I made any commitment. He was straight and honest with me over the phone about the car before I made the hour and a half trip up there to see the vehicle in person. They DO NOT sell bondo hack jobs. I was impressed with the selection they had on hand. The purchase was smooth and painless. I am now the happy owner of an '87 Buick GN thanks to American Muscle Cars. I have already, and will continue to, refer them as a reputable place to buy antique cars.

Volkswagen of Crystal Lake
We purchased our new Passat from Andrew Hartell(sales) and Bob Pearl(manager) at Anderson and had a great experience. They worked with other dealers to get the exact car we wanted at the right price. The price was competitive with all the other Chicagoland dealers and they did what it took to earn my business. Highly recommended and we will be back.

Tips & Advices
Depending on the part and its overall quality, a good amount of money can be saved by purchasing aftermarket parts versus OEM parts. But aftermarket parts that are low in price might also be lower in quality and could do more harm than good to your car, or they may need to be replaced more frequently than a more expensive counterpart. This could lead to saving some money in the short term, but spending more than anticipated in the long term.
The type of tires being purchased is the most significant determinant of their price. SUV tires are more costly than average car tires. And high-performance tires are more costly than economy grade tires. On average, standard tires for an average-sized vehicle are around $100 per tire. Standard tires for an SUV are around $150 and pick-up truck tires are about $200 on average. Some dealers offer discounts if purchasing more than one tire.
Car inspections typically take about an hour. However the wait time can be longer depending on how busy the shop is. Call ahead for an appointment to avoid long wait times.
Depending on the manufacturer, certain aftermarket parts can be just as reliable as Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts. But one item within a vehicle, like oil filters for instance, could have multiple manufacturers and there could be inconsistencies in quality among them.
Costs of replacing a windshield can vary greatly depending on a variety of factors:
  • Vehicle make and model
  • How much of the cost insurance will cover
  • Whether the windshield installers come to your location or you bring the vehicle to them
  • Standard service costs of the windshield installers
Generally, newer and higher-end vehicles cost more to have their windshields replaced because certain manufacturers use modified or proprietary glass types.
