I have told many about this place and they also recommend to others. Its crazy how word of mouth works. of course u have to see or try to believe. my family and i always said that diet supplements only work for time that its being taken and u gain it back or two times more. i tried it for the first time ever and guess what i lost 20lbs in one month, appetite suppressant really works my fmily didnt know i was using this and would get upset cuz they nvr saw me eat well guess what when i told them. they were so shocked and couldnt believe it after that month i stopped pills and continued on my own. they noticed that i hadnt gain more or double the weight but that i continued to loose and changed my eating habits so stayed fit. they finally came out of their shell and asked me how or what they have to do to join. JUST CALL AND SCHEDULE APPT. they r now loosing weight themselves, its awesome that they love it as much as i do!!!!!!! :)

The Children's Center of Corpus Christi
Very friendly staff. The best place I have ever taken my children. My 3 year old was terrified of doctors until we came here. They handled my child on his level and were able to get him to do everything they needed by making a game out of blowing paper and allowing him to see the light before they checked his ears and allowing him to see and feel the stethoscope before they touched him. Their patients with my child and how they comforted him was just beyond my expectations. My 5 year old was upset because he didn't get a sticker and they even made his day by giving him a sticker too. There was no wait and they were able to see me on short notice having never been there before. I highly recommend this place!

Wow i love this place!! I went for a family practice visit and they were so nice and fast paced. They got me in and out in such little time. The NP i meet was great he knew exactly what he was talking about and has great advice about being healthy and feeling young. They have very reasonable prices, cheapest ive seen in awhile. i would recommend this facility to all my family members and friends for anything weight management, family practice, and even botox! Thx IMC for taking care of me!

Pediatric Clinic South Texas
I took my 5 year old daughter here today for 4 shots. The 3 ladies in the office; Monica, Leslie, and Lydia are AWESOME. My daughter has severe anxiety and doesn't handle new or different situations well at all. When I told the girls they we're all very sensitive to her situation and assured me they'd do whatever possible to make her comfortable, and they did. I was so thankful they we're there to help my daughter and me to feel comfortable. Thanks very much ladies!!!!

Sunnyside Pediatrics PLLC
We LOVE Dr. Jessie and her staff! She honestly cares about her patients and even calls to see if they are ok after visits. I take my 11 year old and 8 year old to see her. I love how she never makes body image an issue with my pre teen. She answers all questions and concerns. Her staff is quick and friendly. They are the best pediatric office in town!

The staff was very nice and patient with me. The office is very clean and sanitary. The doctor is well experienced and the office is also well established.
Tips & Advices
A child should see his or her pediatrician frequently during the first few years. Once the child reaches age 3, parents should schedule a doctor's visit at least once per year. Before that, however, the American Academy of Pediatrics suggests parents arrange visits according to the following schedule:
  • 2 to 5 days old
  • 1 month old
  • 4 months old
  • 6 months old
  • 9 months old
  • 12 months old
  • 15 months old
  • 24 months old (2 years)
  • 30 months old (2.5 years)
No, parents should call 911, an emergency physician, or a pediatric emergency physician if a child suffers an acute illness or injuries. Doctors in these fields are more qualified than pediatricians to handle emergency situations.
A well-visit is a routine visit with a pediatrician to track a child's development, discuss medical or emotional concerns, and receive immunizations and medical advice.
Yes, pediatricians provide immunizations for infants and children up through 21 years.
No, pediatricians do not have to be board certified. They're only required to have a state license. However, certification indicates a dedication to studying pediatrics beyond the requirements.
