After calling about six repairs shops, I found Thomas Exxon was the only shop that would install customer-provided parts. They didn't think twice about installing my parts. My appointment was at 8:00am on April 14, 2016. I dropped the car off at 8:00am to have them install motor mounts and a crankshaft position sensor on my 2002 Trailblazer LT. By 11:00am the work was complete.They did a great job. The lady who makes the appointments was one of the most polite people I've met in a long time. The mechanic who worked on my car spoke with me about the repair before beginning the work and after the work was complete. Using Thomas Exxon reminded me of the 1960's when customer service and proficiency counted. I've found a new home with Thomas Exxon.I was completely satisfied with every aspect of my encounter with Thomas Exxon. If you want to do business with a polite, honest, and professional shop --- patronize Thomas Exxon.

These guys will screw u any chance they get they overcharge for everything and don't fix it right so u have to take it somewhere else to get it done right

Yesterday, I filed a complaint on this website about an incident involving an employee's attitude involving my request for a vehicle inspection. Since then, I hadthe opportunity to talk with Mr. Thomas about this problem. I am happy to say thatmy complaint was handled amicably and professionally. Therefore, I am upgradinga one star rating to a five star rating. I recommend his service station business to anyone.

Con artists. I went here for a inspection and sat and waited for about 30 minutes and then the inspector came in and said that the head light lens were too dirty; but immediately offered to clean them for $75......I could already smell bovine fecal matter. I said I wasn't going to have anything done until I had a chance look at my options. He said that's fine, but I would have to pay for the inspection then and I would have 15 days to have my lenses fixed and bring it back or my money was down the river. A few phone calls and a short drive later I got the DPS Field Audit Supervisor to personally inspect the lens, which he said were fine and that he would contact the shop to let them know to go ahead and pass me. If that wasn't enough the inspector insisted that they were not up to code and the Field Audit Supervisor had to come out to the shop himself! The inspector then backed my car up from one of the car bays and said that the light couldn't be seen projected on the wall from 150 ft (this is in broad daylight mind you). So the Field Supervisor then backed his brand new truck up to the same distance and as expected his lights didn't show either. So...now this is the kicker folks...the inspector tried to tell the the DPS Field Audit Supervisor that his truck was not up to code!!!! I had to keep myself from laughing. It is quite probable that the Diamond Kar Kare will not be issuing any inspections here in the near future; and even if they were I would not ever give them my business again.
