Berryman Roofing
The roofers damaged fascia while removing old shingles prior to re-roof. Some decking along roof edge is damaged and needs to be replaced, Cannot repair fascia or replace decking without removing new shingles. Berryman did not meet my needs and I do not recommend them.

Advanced Roofing Systems
Spoke to several contractors before hiring Advanced Roofing. The employees were courteous, professional, and efficient. They also submitted the lowest price and followed up with me to make sure we were satisfied. Will be recommending this company to all.

Fitzsimmons Construction & Roofing
This construction and roofing company is horrible. I do not recommend them what so ever. They will start a job and not finish. They will not have the proper supplies and full of excuses

This contractor will not show up on time. Will not have the tools nor supplies. No work ethic. No follow through. Will complain about everything.

Texas State Roofing Co
Professional, courteous, and excellent workmanship are all qualities we experienced with Texas State Roofing Company. Our roof was installed six months ago and we have had no problems after a few rain storms and high wind. It was installed timely and looks great. We would highly recommend this company.
Tips & Advices
The most common types of roofing material are:
  • Asphalt shingles
  • Metal roofing
  • Slate shingles
  • Concrete roofing
Metal roofing material and algae-resistant asphalt shingles are the appropriate roofing material for rainy climates.
Houses located in  areas which are prone to wildfires, should avoid the use of flammable roofing materials such as wood shingles.
Not only should you ask to get in contact with past clients, it is also recommended that  homeowners visit projects currently underway to see how the contractor or company actually performs during a job. You can also go online and check out other customer reviews.
Reputable roofers do offer a warranty against poor workmanship. Additionally, the material used often carries a warranty from the manufacturer against defects (assuming proper installation). It is the homeowner’s responsibility to check on the availability of all such warranties before any work is performed.
