Thomas J Teenier MD DDS
I have never had a worse experience! I went in for a wisdom tooth extraction. The day of the procedure, I was asked to come in 2 hours early as someone had cancelled. I waited 4 hours before being called back for my procedure! Afterwards, my mother and adult daughter took me home. A few days later, I experienced the worse pain in my jaw that spread to my whole face. Turns out, the staff and Dr. Teenier forgot to tell my family to pick up prescriptions to prevent infection. Dr. Teenier blamed me for not knowing, instinctively, that prescriptions were waiting for me and suggested my mother and daughter knew and didn't pick them up. He was rude and no one in the office ever apologized for the mix up. So, if you are a mind reader that enjoys being treated like dirt, this is the place for you.

DR Daniel Acosta MD PA
Dr. Daniel Acosta is a very thorough gastro specialist. He is also sure his patients are okay before they are released from his care. I recommend Dr. Acosta to anyone.

Lewis, Robert Q. MD
Dr. Lewis has done two surgeries, and both times he has been careful, courtious, and above all an amazing surgeon. I would trust him with anyone I love to allow Dr. Lewis to take care of them. His entire staff is very caring and courteous.

Excellent care! From walking in to checking out felt so welcomed and cared for! Dr. Baucum has been the only one to be able to relieve my rib/back pain!

Driscoll Children's Urgent Care
I agree that this place is a scam. It advertises and looks like an after hours clinic, but they charge ridiculous ER prices. Infant seen for Upper Respiratory, given test for RSV/Flu, charged in excess of $1,000.

The staff is very nice and super professional. Chad is great at his work and always makes me feel like a million bucks. My Achilles was killing me and not able to wear heels and after a few visits with him, he fixed me right up!

Dr. Michael J Pendleton, MD
This doctor and his staff are terrible and endangers peoples lives. I called into their office on January 12, 2017 to get a refill for my blood pressure medicine. They told me they would take care of it and call me back. I never received a phone call. I called them again on January 19, 2017 and they said they would call me back. I never got a call back. I called them back on January 26, 2017 and they have informed me that they will not refill my medicine without an appointment. The earliest they could make an appointment is January 30, 2017. Walmart worked with me and gave me a weeks worth of my medicine but now I'm out and my life is in danger because this Doctor and his staff have very poor communication skills and they do not keep thier word.

Tucker, William A, MD
Bad Doctor. My friend now has to live withpain because of damage done by Dr. W. A Tucker. Now she is in need of a neurosurgeon to fix the mess he made on her leg last I heard she was going to another state to try and fix the nerve damage. She's also going to write the Texas State Medical Board once she recovers. People should take the time to write reviews I know if she would have seen a bad review she would have gone with another Doctor. I have also seen other bad reviews of Tucker on only there he's listed in Rockport, Texas.

Dr. Haitham Jifi Bahlool, MD
Understanding, caring, and very intelligent. This doctor is like 'old school' doctors. He listens, takes his time, and offers many services such as lab work i his office. He is a specialist and is dedicated to his patients.
Tips & Advices
An osteopathic physician practices a comprehensive form of medicine that takes a holistic approach to a person's health. Instead of specializing in one system or set of organs, an osteopathic specialist focuses on the health of the total body. This includes evaluating environmental factors that affect a person's well-being.
Many family doctors deliver babies, especially in rural areas without a nearby OB/GYN. However, most family doctors only deliver for low-risk pregnancies and do not perform cesarean sections.
Family nurse practitioners are highly educated nurses able to provide medical care individually or with the assistance of another professional. Family nurse practitioners obtain a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and then take the National Council Licensure Examination to begin working as a registered nurse. Then, they continue their education and obtain a Master of Science in Nursing. Following that, they become certified in family practice via the American Nurses Credentialing Center of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, allowing them to become certified family nurse practitioners.
Some family doctors provide immunizations while others do not. Typically, doctors who work as part of a large practice are more likely to offer vaccines in-house. Doctors in offices of one to two physicians are more likely to refer patients to a public health department or other immunization provider.
A physician's assistant is a person qualified to perform routine medical services. This individual is professionally licensed and certified, but they may not have the extensive med school education of a doctor. That said, PAs do complete almost three years of postgraduate study and more than 2,000 hours of rotations.
