A friend of mine has recommended A car salesman to me by the name of Jonah French, and if you know me in person, I hate to haggle. I have bought plenty of cars in my lifetime and by far this has to be the most pleasant. My wife and I came in Saturday morning to collect some information on the 2015 Honda Oddyssey. We happened to bumped into a salesperson, and by chance, I looked at his name tag and it happened to be Mr. Jonah French. At this point we did not tell him that he was referred to us by a friend. I wanted to see what he can do for me and my wife. We brushed him off, but Jonah did not give up there. He gave me his card, and was nice enough to give me and my wife space to look at the Honda Oddyssey, He said, "Feel free to look around and when you are ready to ask question about the Van please let me know , I will be in sight." My wife loved him, we hate when the salesperson has to follow us around. Momentarily later, Jonah took us for a test drive and answered all of our questions. We ended up buying the Honda Oddyssey Touring and my family loves it! Jonah was very kind, professional and showed us an upfront pricing menu. We walked out of the dealership with the perfect family car and a good deal. In addition, Jonah did not stop there, he followed up even after the sale, he even introduced us to the service department. I have never had sales experience like this before. Online we saw this beautiful Dodge Charger, fully loaded. So we drove 45 minutes to Hopefully get this car. I called & Ms. Jennifer let me know that Mr. Mark Torres will be assisting us. He came out eager, positive, energetic to get us in that car that WE wanted. Not what he wanted to sell us, we have been in many places where the sells person wants you to buy a certain car even though you are not interested in that particular car. (commission).. Mark Torres was all about US, what car, what payment, what down payment WE wanted. He was the man to make it happen. We are grateful that Ms. Jennifer lead us to you Mark Torres. You made it personal and Eddie Yaklin is Blessed to have you as an employee. You are a great asset to the company, therefore I will recommend this place and You Mr. Mark Torres to people. Can't say enough good about our experience at Allen Samuels. Chris, our Sales Consultant, was extremely accommodating and friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us find the exact truck that I was looking for. Taylor, the Internet Director, helped answer questions and really developed a rapport with us. We felt extremely comfortable with these guys and I feel like they dealt with us in an honest and up-front way. Our financing process was quick and simple and I got the deal I was looking for. David, in finance, completed the deal and it was like we were talking to a family member. I can't recommend Allen Samuels highly enough! We were driving back home to frisco when we noticed all the F150 pickups on the Yaklin lot. We stopped to look and could not resist the pleasant, helpful attitude of Steven Bradley, Sales Associate. It started raining, he got us an umbrella. We wanted an item transferred from our old car to the new, he literally used his tools to remove it and place it on our new King Ranch F150 pickup. He also helped transfer the pots we had bought in Raymondville that were carefully but heavily loaded in our old Platinum. He even bought our lunch!! We would definitely return to Yaklin Ford and always ask for Steven Bradly, the most accommodating sales person we have ever met. Thanks Steven, for a, "No hassle, I can do it", pleasant experience.
Got a lot of help from the GM along with plenty of the staff there. Again, great help and very good customer service. A quick note to those bad reviews, don't come here if you can't afford the cars on the lot and make deals that are out of reach...Overall, I've never purchased a vehicle so quickly and easily as I've done here. The moment was sat down and started negotiating, they gave me their best offer and laid everything out on a printed piece of paper with a breakdown of all charges, including retail price, amount financed, GAP, warranty etc etc. At the end of it all, those charges were not changed nor my monthly payment affected.
