Good to hear this from someone else. I agree with you. Because I went with my wife a while ago and saw a similar situation, apparently is the same gentleman doing the same shows in front of customers. We looked at each other we have never seen nothing like this before. I go once in a while, is a coincidence that I saw that too, CUSTOMER DESERVE RESPECT THANKS TO US YOU GET PAID YOUR SALARY, THINK ABOUT IT! Nobody has to listen to your bad manners. It seems that you are not a business owner you do not care about the business. Give your position to another person who knows how to behave in from of customers.
I frequently go to Sir Pizza in Coral Gables is a very nice Pizza place and is close to my house I have nothing bad to say about the quality of the food. But there is something very unprofessional about a young gentleman blond hair, dressed in black, tall, screaming at one of the employees in front of the customers, I think he is very rude and I find, if he is a manager, his behavior to be utterly degrading and unfair and I ask that he be disciplined regarding this matter. You do not reprehend your employees in front of customers. On two occasions I witness his behavior. He needs to learn how to behave when there are customers in the store. I felt bad for the person, the young lady was looking back to see if anyone heard the insults. He was talking to himself saying ""THEY ARE ALL STUPID"". That is unacceptable treatment. :- ( :- (
I used to like Sir Pizza, and I am still fond of the one on the Key.
Tonight I ordered a pizza. it's quite pricey, but I thought it would be worth it getting good quality - so I paid the already hefty price tag for the pizza, and $2.50 for delivery
Over one hour later the delivery shows up. not super friendly, but not unfriendly either. Everything great, until I realize a few minutes later that I got the wrong pizza. COMPLETELY wrong, not even similar in any way...
so I call the place, and after being on hold for several minutes describe my problem. I am promptly being put back on hold in order to speak to a manager.
Mind you, no 'oh sorry about that' or anything like that.
The manager comes finally on and informs me that my order was mixed up with another order. I should please wait another 15min and my order would come.
Again, no sorry, no nothing
30min later - no pizza.
so I call again, this time at least I didnt have to wait on hold for too long.
The lady says very impatiently to me that the delivery person is 3min away and I need to wait
needless to say - no sorry, no nothing
after 20more minutes, 2 hours after I place the order, my pizza and I are finally united. The delivery lady is now VERY RUDE, she didn't say one single word (I gave up on getting a sorry, but at least a hello, or, enjoy your pizza or something. mind you, I paid 2.50 and tipped nicely) and basically gave me the pizza without even looking at me....lots of attitude there!
Sir Pizza, farewell. get some better delivery drivers that can act their get together, and learn something about customer service.
My pizza will from now on come from 'Miamis Best Pizza'
