Very sad experience here. I went to my first visit and the acupuncture really helped. I had an appointment for a follow up the next week. I walked into the office and another person was going in for a treatment. They said that I should have been there at 1:30, but my appointment was scheduled at 3. The receptionist fumbled around with the pages of her appointment book and said that I was scheduled for 1:30 and 3 pm! She also admitted it was her fault. My actual appointment was for 3 pm.How can a business operate this way?! So disappointing, very unprofessional and rude!I spoke with a person who has lived in Coos Bay for a long time. She told me that some of her family member went to this business and the same thing happened to them.! If this is a regular practice for this business, I have to say that it seems they have no consideration for their clients whatsoever. I wonder how they would feel if a business cancelled their appointment, after they arrived there for their appointment. Also, I don't see where this acupuncturist is a physician, or a surgeon he describes. A total misrepresentation of what the business really is. At my first and only appointment, he told me he went to acupuncture school, but never relayed to me anything about a college or doctor's degree. These people tried to tell me that my appointment was at 1:30 and actually argued with me about it! What a slipshod way to run a business! What if someone was in real pain and they needed this business's help? Now, I have to find another acupuncturist because I cannot trust these people to uphold their word on appointments. Really, they should be held accountable for what they do to their clients.I highly discourage using this business. What terrible treatment I had, getting ready for my appt., showing up, and being told I couldn't be helped.
