At check in I was told I had to put A deposit down and I would get it back in the morning when I checked out. I proceeded to give the guy my payment and the deposit. This morning at check out a new guy proceeded to tell me I didn't pay a deposit so I wouldn't get it back. He stated he pulled up my payment and printed out the paper. To tell me yet again I didn't put down a deposit because they don't do deposits... I then tell the guy that they have cameras and that he could rewind the tape and listen to the guy tell me about the deposit. He tells me he can't do that... He then tells me he would talk to the boss and give me a call in two hours... This was at 9 o'clock this morning... I have yet to receive a call and every time I call I don't get to speak to anyone... I am very unhappy that the man that worked that night 8/4/16 literally stole my money... I am VERY UNHAPPY about how they handled the whole situation.This was handled in an unprofessional manner.
