Banister Lieblong Clinic / Bowlin, Randal, MD
I have been a patient of this clinic for over 10 years. My original Dr.started her own clinic across town and left this clinic. she was great and I hated to see her leave because I was worried about getting a new Dr.. my worries were definately laid to rest when I started seeing Donnie Kulbeth A.P.N.! In my opinion he is the best physician I have ever been to in my life! I cant imagine seeing anyone else ever!!! If he leaves I will gladly follow him if possible. This man has gone above and beyond what I would expect any physician to do to help me. He has literally saved my life a number of times!! I have absolutely no doubts that if it werent for Donnie Kulbeths close attention to every little detail of my health issues, and his personal commitment to his patients, I would not be alive and able to give this review!!! One and only drawback of seeing Donnie is...When I go to an appointment with him, I will usually sit in waiting room for a considerable amount of time past my scheduled appointment time..lol. But I do not care because I know that the reason he is behind schedule is because he takes as much time as he needs to take with each and every one of his patients, and I also know that when my turn comes around, the level of care I will receive from him will be above and beyond the level of care I have EVER received from any physician in my entire life!!!!! I am 49 years old and have seen more than my share of Dr.s!!! I would recommend Donnie Kulbeth A.P.N. without hesitation to anyone for anything!!! Donnie Kulbeth sincerely cares about the people he treats, and it is extremely obvious!!! Have a great day! T.J. Moore........P.S.... I really like the care I receive from Donnie Kulbeth A.P.N. at Banister-Lieblong clinic in Conway, Ar.

Park Todd Eye Clinic
Dr. Todd recognized and diagnosed a rare brain disease during my eye exam, that had been misdiagnosed for 30 years as migraines. He explained the seriousness of my condition and made sure I got the much needed testing to confirm the diagnosis, which was confirmed 24 hours later when He acted and insisted I receive immediate care. I'm very grateful for his kindness and time given to care for Me, not only as a patient, but as a person. If You are looking for a qualified and caring eye physician, please strongly consider Dr. Todd and his staff. You will receive care and compassion that is a true rarity.

France-Tilley Family Medicine
Been a patient for 4 years. The staff is great with the exception of the front desk ladies. They usually seem unapproachable or too busy working on something else to even say hello. The doctors and assistants, however, are extremely caring, calm, and collected. They give an effort to remember who you are and ask for updates on your life. They work with you and give the best treatment they can. They provide courtesy appointment reminder calls a day or two ahead to comfirm attendance at the set time.

Conway Women's Med Spa
First I had my eyes and lips perm makeup done. She matched my color request perfectly. The next day my daughter had the same process. Kandy was professional as well as concerned about my pain level. She was very easy to work with. I will definite lay continue to recommend her and the complete perm makeup process. It's so nice to not have to put eyeliner or lipstick on anymore. It really looks great.ThanksDeb and danielle

Dr. Billy Mcbay
We had trouble locating a primary care physician for my fiance who has suddenly had unexplained health issues. Dr Mcbay has been so great with us and is very helpful, he really does care about his patients and that is hard to come by these days when healthcare is all about business and hearding patients in' and out. I highly recommend Mcbay.

Advanced Spine and Pain Center
I couldn't get any doctors to believe me when I said I was in pain (for more than 30 years) - until I was able to get an appointment with them. They are very nice, though it takes awhile to get in to see them on occasions. Thank you, Dr. Dogra! (and for the record - I'm not rich and I have Medicaid)

Advanced Spine and Pain Center
Dr Ghaleb is a good doc. He did the ablation on my spine and it lasted for about eight months . He seems to care about therapies that are long lasting , not drugs .

I saw Dr. Greenwood over the last several years. The staff was always courteous and the Dr always listened to what I had to say.

Dr Todd is one of the best eye doctors around. He takes the time to explain things to his patients and treats them like family!
Tips & Advices
This depends on the facility. Patients should call to find out if they'll need a referral from their physician prior to making an appointment.
Aside from hyperbaric oxygen treatment, most wound care centers offer:
  • Debridement: The removal of dead skin and tissue surrounding the wound. This can be done surgically, using a whirlpool bath, syringes, enzymes that dissolve the tissue, or wet dressings that dry on the wound and absorb the dead tissue.
  • Dressing: Wrapping the wound in a protective film, gauze, gel, or foam.
  • Compression stockings: Tight-fitted fabric sheaths that encourage blood flow.
  • Artificial skin: A covering that is applied to the wound for several days as it heals.
  • Ultrasound: The use of sound waves to promote healing.
  • Growth factor therapy: The use of materials naturally produced by the body to encourage quick cell growth.
  • Negative pressure therapy: Creating a vacuum around a wound to encourage faster blood flow to the area.
Depending on where the treatment is administered, hyperbaric oxygen treatment  can cost $100- $1,000. After insurance is applied, patients may have a copay of $10 -$50 or a coinsurance fee of 10 percent to 50 percent.
Most wounds should heal within two to six weeks. An individual should seek chronic wound treatment if a wound has not begun to heal after two weeks or is not completely healed after six.
Most health insurance plans cover wound care. Patients should check with the clinic and their health insurance provider before seeking treatment to be sure.
