WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Mike King did a terrible job on my husband's Tahoe in September 25, 2015, by leaving orange peel on the paint, not properly repairing the dents, and using zip ties instead of factory clips, to attach the front bumper, which was NOT approved by my husband. He is rude, unprofessional, and acting in unethical business practices. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO BE WORKED ON OR PAINTED BY 704CUSTOMS!!!!

I purchased a 2016 Honda Accord coupe on December 30, on New Year's Day a deer ran into my drivers side door! This place was amazing! Landon gave me outstanding customer service, the body work was fantastic, and I got my car by earlier than the complete by date. I really felt like they took care of my as if were their car! Would highly recommend!

Pitts Paint & Body Shop & Wrecker Service
Ive used this guy and right from the beginning I noticed the work that he does is ridiculous. He uses coat hangers to tie up exhaust stacks on big rigs. also on important air hoses and brake lines, cables that already have correct mounting brackets. He just takes the brackets off and uses zip ties. Alot of customers that go to him usually end up coming right back.... but its not for the good service. Its usually because they have the same problems that he failed to repair the first time. When hes fixing big rigs and dump trucks. Tries to beat, cut and burn off everything he doesnt feel like taking off the correct way. seems to me like every time I went back for repairs. He had a different mechanic working. So I engaged in conversation with one mechanic and he said he was about to quit. I asked why, he said " Mr John takes too many shortcuts, I have an associates degree in automotive, and I know quality of work is very important. And since ive been working here, hes taken so many shortcuts when fixing things. And I care to much about peoples safety to take shortcuts. He gets mad when I take longer than his time limit to fix trucks. But its only because I want to do it right". This was the mechanics exact words. So there you have it. IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE. DONT GO HERE.

Uptown Spa & Bodyworks
STAY AWAY! Worst massage ever. Got 90 minute hot stone massage as gift. The room was freezing and the stones were used for less than 3 minutes. She left the room 4 times during massage to speak w people & once to answer phone. She only knew 1 up & down stroke with no pressure. She ended 20 minutes early. Complained often during much interrupted & uncomfortable massage. Told that's their procedure.

By far the best car mechanic I have been to. The service is transparent and reasonable. He is not the cheapest in town but you know he is not ripping you off.

I was recommended by a family member to come to Wilburn and I couldn’t say more than they are experienced and they fixed cars right. They always let me know what was going on and that was a big help so I wasn’t waiting around wondering what was happening great company!

Tips & Advices
Using a variety of tools and processes, many of which require specialized training, auto body mechanics primarily repair cosmetic and structural damage to vehicles after accidents occur. They can also enhance a vehicle’s appearance and performance by replacing and adding new parts to a vehicle’s body.
This depends on the severity of the work that needs to be done. Something such as paintless dent repair for a few small dents can take an hour. Whereas auto body repairs for damages caused by a major accident can take multiple days to correct.
All auto body parts can be repaired but there is a threshold for the level of repairs possible. Parts can be damaged beyond repair and would need to be wholly replaced.
Auto body parts can be made from a wide variety of materials, usually based on what the part’s purpose is. Vehicle frames body panels, bumpers, roof racks, and other items that need to be strong and durable are usually constructed from steel, which is known for its durability and resistance to rust and high temperatures. But aluminum is quickly becoming a popular material of construction due to its lightweight yet durable nature. Body kits and other aftermarket parts like spoilers and hoods can be constructed from one form of plastic or another.
Yes, the vast majority of car makes and models have aftermarket parts available for many of their components. But higher-end vehicles typically have less aftermarket parts available since they often use specialized materials and manufacturing processes that are difficult to duplicate for many aftermarket manufacturers.
