Our car sales person Joy helped us on 4 of our cars from here along with Mike. They always have been able to find us the best deal closest to our price range. Their turbos are garbage! I got 2 bad turbos from them in 2 mths! And their customer service matches!

I made a deal on a 2013 used Tacoma with them on Feb. 2, sold my Tacoma on Feb. 3, and we agreed that I could get the 2013 Tacoma at 11 a.m. on Feb. 5. After a 100 mile drive, I was informed that they had sold it the day before, but they had one in a less desirable color they would sell me for $2,300 more. No thanks! Honesty and integrity are not in their vocabularies.

Terrible service department with even worse customer service! Considering they do not take service drive ins without a scheduled appointment, you would think the appointment time would matter! Not so much with Honda of Concord. As I found out today, my 0800am appointment time only means "they will work the car in within an hour"!!! And this is just for a scheduled maintenance oil change/tire rotation. To make things worse, I had to wait over an hour to finally meet with someone in finance (Richard McDonald) to cancel my maintenance plan and get a refund. And to top that off, they hit me with a $50.00 cancellation charge that "could not be waived"!I'd rather take my car to the local oil shop than deal with this place ever again! Customers beware!
