A J Bono Plumbing
This is the worst experience I have ever had with the plumber but the worker came in and damaged the tile in my bathroom shower and then lied about it and the company has done nothing to try and fix the problem they don't return phone calls they're not consistent and they lie.

Diablo Rooter
Friendliest most knowledgeable plumber I've come across in 10 years of home ownership. A positive attitude from the start - ready and willing to help. If your system back ups I suggest call Diablo Rooter first - snaked out my sewer main for $125 and solved the issue. This is small operation and they won't do massive plumbing repairs, but with trust and a smile they'll get most plumbing work done, including those non-emergencies.

Absolute Plumbing and Drain
Rod and his team of guys are AWESOME! I had a serious water heater issue and they were able to show up within 30 minutes! You can't beat that response time. Not only did they save me some $$$ but I also learned a thing or two about plumbing & water heaters. Their service guys were prompt, professional and definitely reliable. They have earned a customer for LIFE! Thank you Absolute!

Diablo Rooter
5 STARS*****. Look no further, choose the best for your plumbing needs. Choose Kevin from Diablo Rooter!Kevin from Diablo Rooter is an expert plumber and delivers his skills with unbeatable customer service and integrity. The bathroom sink drained slowly since we moved into this rental. We were using the kitchen sink to wash our hands, etc. the owner of the condo tried a non-plumber, and it was a non-fix. Kevin set the appointment around my after work hours, called to let me know he was running 5 minutes late ( and he arrived within those 5 minutes). He repaired everything promptly, cleaned up, and put things back under the sink, and honored his estimated cost. After he left I noticed a drip under the sink and called him. He turned around, returned promptly and repaired the leak! Very polite. Excellent customer service.
Tips & Advices
  • Are you licensed and registered?
  • Are you insured and bonded?
  • How many years have you been in business?
  • What, if any, professional associations do you belong to?
  • May I have a list of references?
  • Do you offer a written warranty for your work?
  • Will I need a permit for this work?
It is important to have a written warranty for any work or repairs done to the plumbing in your house, especially if it is a major repair. Look for a professional  who is willing to  stand by his or her work.
Before you hire a plumber, contact their past customers if you're able to. These people can be a wealth of information if you ask them the right questions. Pose the following queries to these former patrons when you get the chance:
  • Were you pleased with the work done?
  • Was the project completed on time?
  • Did the plumber give you a written warranty and guarantee his or her work?
  • Were there any unexpected costs that arose?
  • Would you hire this plumber again? If not, why?
A permit provides added assurance that the work is done correctly. Having this in place means an inspector will check the work your contractor or plumber does to ensure he or she did the job correctly. If you plan on putting your house or commercial building on the market, a real estate agent and prospective buyers will want to check any large work you did to make sure it was done properly.
A trustworthy plumber will have both commercial liability insurance as well as be bonded. The insurance and the bond protects the plumber from paying for any damages made to your house out of pocket. Having professionals that carry both of these policies can protect all of you from any mishaps that could occur while they work on your building.
