California Auto Exchange
This dealership closed down after it ripped off dozens of customers and creditors. Shervin Karampour, a bona fide con artist, scammer, and fraudster, sold me a car which was so bad and had so many hidden problems, I've now spent $13000 fixing it in addition to the 21K I spent buying it. He failed to send the loan money to the lien holder and my vehicle took 5 months to register because he basically split and never completed the registration. He literally never sent the GAP insurance contract and agreement to CARCO Group and pocketed $800 - imagine if I needed to use that policy - only found out after trying to refinance. He's now attempting to become a real estate agent in California and the Bay Area. Shervin Karampour's behavior is criminal and there will now be multiple investigations against him. You've been warned about dealing with this gentleman.

G M Electronic's
G.M. Electronics helped me pull off thee greatest christmas gift for my girlfriend. Her car had many technical problems and they were able to fix all of them! On top of that they are extremely knowledgable! The owner knew exactly what was the right speakers, stereo system, and bass to put into the car. I took his advice on everything, and the car couldn't sound better. Also, I was surprised to see how fast they finished my car. I thought that the magnitude of my project would have at-least taken two days, but they were able to finish it right when I needed it. On top of that, costumer service is amazing. When I went to pick the car up, I noticed a few problems with my vehicle and I asked the employee, Victor, if he could help fix them. He said, " No problem, I have this covered". And he really did, he fixed every single problem with my car and extremely fast. What really got me though, was that the business was just about to close, and he stayed and helped me when he could have easily said no. That really put a great impression on me about this business and how they care about their customers.Overall, this is a great establishment. G.M. Electronics is very knowledgable, affordable, has great customer service, and delivers exactly what they promise.

Future Ford Lincoln of Concord
I bring my car here to get serviced. They are usually pretty friendly but are not good at calling back.

Auto Import
THERE ARE SO MANY TYPES! I can't remember off the top of my head all the car types, but there was just such a great variety! And at decent prices, too! I've noticed that their trend over the past few years has definitely gotten more luxurious. They have a lot of higher end cars now than they did before. A higher end car is obviously going to cost more, but I was able to find something in my price range. Their variety is so great that you're bound to find something that works for you.

Auto Import
Overall, I really recommend this place! I've gotten multiple good deals over the past few years for both me and my friends. I've never had a problem in all my years coming here, and even though I live in LA, I still make the trip up to buy from them because I'm just so happy with their service and care!

Auto Import
Purchased an Audi S5 last week, and wanted to highly recommend Auto Import if you are shopping for a luxury used vehicle. They have a good selection of higher-end used cars. I feel I paid a fair price for the S5, and also received excellent trade-in value on my Infiniti. I was particularly impressed with Ashkon, who made the entire experience hassle and pressure-free. He was straight forward, friendly, patient and knowledgable. He was thorough in explaining everything through out the deal, and fought to get me a low finance rate. I shopped around quite a bit before I made this purchase, and was pretty fed up with the typical, slimy, cheesy car salesmen... My experience at Auto Import was nothing like that. Great experience, all the way around. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Auto Import
I have purchased two vehicles from Auto Import so far, and will continue to be a customer in the future. I was very satisfied with the cars (Audi Q7 and BMW 335 convertible) as well as the service from both Pooyan and Ashkon. Both times they went out of their way to get me the car I wanted in the condition I wanted it. They assisted in getting things corrected or fixed even after the purchase. Their customer service is impeccable. In general, use cars do not come with warranties, unless purchased separately. But both times in my experience, Auto Import stood by their vehicles and the guys were always friendly, courteous and helpful. And no other dealer can touch their prices. I highly recommend.

Solano Way Auto Repair
Beware - get a quote first and especially check to make sure you are not overpaying for parts. We were charged almost double the price for parts.
Tips & Advices
Depending on the part and its overall quality, a good amount of money can be saved by purchasing aftermarket parts versus OEM parts. But aftermarket parts that are low in price might also be lower in quality and could do more harm than good to your car, or they may need to be replaced more frequently than a more expensive counterpart. This could lead to saving some money in the short term, but spending more than anticipated in the long term.
The type of tires being purchased is the most significant determinant of their price. SUV tires are more costly than average car tires. And high-performance tires are more costly than economy grade tires. On average, standard tires for an average-sized vehicle are around $100 per tire. Standard tires for an SUV are around $150 and pick-up truck tires are about $200 on average. Some dealers offer discounts if purchasing more than one tire.
Car inspections typically take about an hour. However the wait time can be longer depending on how busy the shop is. Call ahead for an appointment to avoid long wait times.
Depending on the manufacturer, certain aftermarket parts can be just as reliable as Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts. But one item within a vehicle, like oil filters for instance, could have multiple manufacturers and there could be inconsistencies in quality among them.
Costs of replacing a windshield can vary greatly depending on a variety of factors:
  • Vehicle make and model
  • How much of the cost insurance will cover
  • Whether the windshield installers come to your location or you bring the vehicle to them
  • Standard service costs of the windshield installers
Generally, newer and higher-end vehicles cost more to have their windshields replaced because certain manufacturers use modified or proprietary glass types.
