G.M. Electronics helped me pull off thee greatest christmas gift for my girlfriend. Her car had many technical problems and they were able to fix all of them! On top of that they are extremely knowledgable! The owner knew exactly what was the right speakers, stereo system, and bass to put into the car. I took his advice on everything, and the car couldn't sound better.Also, I was surprised to see how fast they finished my car. I thought that the magnitude of my project would have at-least taken two days, but they were able to finish it right when I needed it. On top of that, costumer service is amazing. When I went to pick the car up, I noticed a few problems with my vehicle and I asked the employee, Victor, if he could help fix them. He said, " No problem, I have this covered". And he really did, he fixed every single problem with my car and extremely fast. What really got me though, was that the business was just about to close, and he stayed and helped me when he could have easily said no. That really put a great impression on me about this business and how they care about their customers.Overall, this is a great establishment. G.M. Electronics is very knowledgable, affordable, has great customer service, and delivers exactly what they promise.

Concord BMW was everything a premium car dealer should be. Lamar, my sales rep, met me at the door, and was very courteous and personable. Of all the high end dealers we had been to, he gave me the best tour of the car before we even started it, giving me a great introduction to all the special features of the 328. Even though I started my test drive fairly late in the day, I never felt like Lamar or any of the other staff were anxious to get me out the door. They made buying the car easy, and even delivered my car to me the next day. I'm a BMW owner for life, and a Concord BMW customer for as long as I'm living in California!

Always great service - work done right first time, on time. Great experiences with Service Advisors over the years. I was given every available discount. On the expensive side, but worth it to get loaner car, flexible service hours + NEVER have been stranded due to car break-down (2000 M5, almost 200,000 miles)! Unlike experiences with other dealerships. They went above + beyond for me, including trim paintwork at no extra charge! Apparently, you do get what you pay for... Recommended + will go back.

My 335i CPO was near its end and I went in for last service to take care of few things including waste gate rattle and cricket sounding belt tensionr. Tim was very helpful and continued to push to find few phantom issues I told him about. Tim continues great service what my previous SA (Jessica who is no longer there)did. . Highly recommend Tim as service advisor. I am willing to drive 50 miles to this dealer as Sonnen is nowhere near the quality level service.

I enjoyed working with JT. We went in a few weeks earlier, not quite ready to purchase. We exchanged contact information and JT said to call him when we were ready. What I liked most was that other than sending his newsletter, he let us make the move that let to the purchase of our 535i. I want to give them three stars for my experience but they appeared to have a loyal customer following for those with old Volkswagen bugs and busses. I thought I'd save some cash by finding a non-dealer for 60k service on my Passat, so I found these guys as experts with VW. They completed the basic service but they were pricey - I fell victim to convenience as I was already there and need the service complete quickly.

We were introduced and explained different options about our choices. We finally chose a particular model; however, the color we like was out. They werea pleasure to work with and extremely knowledgeable about the 2014 BMW X3 that we purchased - especially all the new "tech-y" stuff. He was very patient and very responsive (whether at work or not) to any questions that we had. He made the entire purchasing process smooth and easy. Depending on the part and its overall quality, a good amount of money can be saved by purchasing aftermarket parts versus OEM parts. But aftermarket parts that are low in price might also be lower in quality and could do more harm than good to your car, or they may need to be replaced more frequently than a more expensive counterpart. This could lead to saving some money in the short term, but spending more than anticipated in the long term.
The type of tires being purchased is the most significant determinant of their price. SUV tires are more costly than average car tires. And high-performance tires are more costly than economy grade tires. On average, standard tires for an average-sized vehicle are around $100 per tire. Standard tires for an SUV are around $150 and pick-up truck tires are about $200 on average. Some dealers offer discounts if purchasing more than one tire.
Car inspections typically take about an hour. However the wait time can be longer depending on how busy the shop is. Call ahead for an appointment to avoid long wait times.
