Dublin Pain Clinic
I have been treated for pain by 3 different professional pain clinics I have had 20 surgeries on different joints in my body At one time I was treated with respect not as a person just seeking drugs for other uses. In defense of the pain Doctors there has been such an increase in drug addiction that now I am treated with contempt I follow directions and have never in all the y ears I've been treated have they ever found me to not pass a drug test or any rulesThe actual Pain Drs generally treat me good but when u have to go in the hospital you can suffer greatly at the hands of the surgeons and residentsFrom the beginning The Dublin Pain Clinic has tried to find ways to help you get off of pain medsThey try to make any injections you may get as painless as possible. I have had Three appointments and have already given up two of my strongest meds. I have to admit some of my joint pain has been getting slowly better with exercise. But I do feel they looked at my fears and dealt with them im a very caring way.The staff there are professional also. Thank You Dublin Pain Clinic for giving me another option.

Dr. Shifra Tyberg, MD
Whenever I need to speak with a doctor or ask for a recommendation, no one is ever available. Voicemail is their best friend and main source of correspondence with patients. Very unprofessional in that manner and their lack of urgency is insulting coming from a primary doctor's office.

Overall a great place with a newly updated office. Friendly staff and great Doctor. Large selection of glasses and contacts. My appointment went very quick, I was in and out in no time. I also ordered contacts from here and got them in no time at all! Will definatly be returning!

Kudos to Doctors Oyortey and Taylor! They are both extremely knowledgeable and spend quality time with their patients. I would recommend them anyone. Their staff is still striving to be the best, however. Customer service could use some improvement.

Dr. Rebecca Slaunwhite is one of the best pediatricians I've ever known! She' was my daughter's doctor in Pittsburgh. I am so pleased to have her in this area now!

Tips & Advices
A child should see his or her pediatrician frequently during the first few years. Once the child reaches age 3, parents should schedule a doctor's visit at least once per year. Before that, however, the American Academy of Pediatrics suggests parents arrange visits according to the following schedule:
  • 2 to 5 days old
  • 1 month old
  • 4 months old
  • 6 months old
  • 9 months old
  • 12 months old
  • 15 months old
  • 24 months old (2 years)
  • 30 months old (2.5 years)
No, parents should call 911, an emergency physician, or a pediatric emergency physician if a child suffers an acute illness or injuries. Doctors in these fields are more qualified than pediatricians to handle emergency situations.
A well-visit is a routine visit with a pediatrician to track a child's development, discuss medical or emotional concerns, and receive immunizations and medical advice.
Yes, pediatricians provide immunizations for infants and children up through 21 years.
No, pediatricians do not have to be board certified. They're only required to have a state license. However, certification indicates a dedication to studying pediatrics beyond the requirements.
