Majestic Roofing
I had Geo and his team redo my roof and gutters about a month ago. Let me tell you very professional and very quick. I had a lot of bids in on the job, they were not the cheapest but were not the most expensive either. It was really how honest he was when he came over and spoke to us. I want a guy with a company that stands by his work, and Geo does. He keep us informed of what additionally needed to be done on the roof, some of the decking needed to be replaced, no problem. Everyone on his team was great and hard working a one day roof change with quality work. Even our neighbors compliment how nice the roof is and how quick they are. Heavy rains with no leaks equals quality work from this team. Thanks to you and your team Brian

Arrow Roofing
Arrow Roofing did a great job of replacing my old leaky roof with an attractive new one. I got three estimates and when comparing them, Arrow offered the most for the money. They used architectural shingles and installed ice guard in valleys and along all eaves which the other companies were not offering. Price-wise, they were all in the ballpark of approx $10,000. They installed the roof in only one day and did a great job of cleaning up and not harming the landscape plantings. Their salesman, Brian, was very professional and explained everything in detail and delivered what he promised. I would highly recommend Arrow Roofing to my family, friends and neighbors.

J & P Restoration
I had a roof leak in my family room start on December 23rd at 11pm. The next morning on Christmas Eve, I called about 8 different roofers, 1 of them being a general contractor that I use on a consistent basis. The only one willing to come out on Christmas eve was J & P Restoration! They went up in the attic and noticed there were 2 pieces of plywood that had begun rotting away. They went to Lowe's to purchase supplies and had the repair completed within a few hours! It rained over the weekend and there's no more leak! I'll be repairing the drywall on the ceiling on my own and am thankful that I did not have any mold growth all thanks to J&P Restorations prompt repair!

APCO Roofing
We sustained roof damage during a recent hailstorm and had called on several roofing companies for an evaluation.... We decided on APCO because they were responsive to our many questions and are an established business, so we trusted they would be around for a long time, should we need follow-up work.... in fact, most of the other companies who looked at our roof were obviously from out-of-town... which worried us. APCO completed the job on time and within our budget and cleaned-up very well. We will use APCO again when we remodel.J&K Smith

Able Roofing
Absolutely the best waranty in the industry. Look at the small print when you buy and you will choose Able. Look beyond mystery internet reviews by dubious sources and you will then choose Able. Able Roofing has been in business since 1986. They have been awarded the Consumer Choice Award as the #1 roofing company in Central Ohio for customer satisfaction.Go to for independent unfiltered surrveys. Look carefully and Able will be the logical choice.

Able Roofing
I used Able roofing in 1988, then 1990, then again in 2007, and most recently in 2013. Every time they have been consistent in the way they do business as well, Steve the owner is still there calling the shots. I have 3 rental properties and they now all have Able roofs on them. I got a lifetime warranty on my house roof as well so maybe this is the last time I will need a roof?

Able Roofing
I had a problem with a leak and the company that put it on 5 years ago could not fix the leak. Then they blamed on the shingle manufacturer and the shingle manufacturer blamed it on the roofer and I got stuck in the middle. After a year of arguing I gave up and looked for the best company I could find and that was Able Roofing. Great warranty is what sold me.

Able Roofing
When my roof started leaking they are the only company I called. I felt the price was fair and the service was extremely good. I liked the customer contact which seems to be missing with a lot of service companies in this day and age. There is likely a reason that they dominate in Central Ohio and have been around forever.

Able Roofing
I give these guys 5 stars since they did exactly what they said they would do on a terrible day. I had a bad leak and though that they would cancel. The man who came to the door noted that if it were his home he would want the leak stopped and that is why he came out - and the leak is fixed!!!!
Tips & Advices
The most common types of roofing material are:
  • Asphalt shingles
  • Metal roofing
  • Slate shingles
  • Concrete roofing
Metal roofing material and algae-resistant asphalt shingles are the appropriate roofing material for rainy climates.
Houses located in  areas which are prone to wildfires, should avoid the use of flammable roofing materials such as wood shingles.
Not only should you ask to get in contact with past clients, it is also recommended that  homeowners visit projects currently underway to see how the contractor or company actually performs during a job. You can also go online and check out other customer reviews.
Reputable roofers do offer a warranty against poor workmanship. Additionally, the material used often carries a warranty from the manufacturer against defects (assuming proper installation). It is the homeowner’s responsibility to check on the availability of all such warranties before any work is performed.
