FrontRoom Furnishings
After entering the store, I was not bombarded with commission-hungry sales staff (which is a good thing for me and the sales staff works for commission.) I went to find a sofa, so I leisurely browsed the showroom floor until I decided on one. FrontRoom Furnishings has a nice selection, and quality furniture at a reasonable price. I quickly spotted a sales person named Rita. I asked her a few questions and she friendly answered them. Rita found all the discounts allowed for that purchase an I bought the sofa. Note: I had the sofa delivered for a future date, so as of the writing of this review, I have not received it yet.

Joni D. was a great sales person. She let us know about an up coming sale, was not pushy in the least, very patient, and offered some great advice. Looking forward to my new furniture!

Comfy Couch Co-Retail Store
We had such a wonderful experience at Comfy Couch this past weekend. I have never had a better experience at a furniture store ever. There was no pressure, no one "followed/hovered" over us or made us uncomfortable. Julie was helpful and was able to get us our couch on the same day. We were in a time crunch and she respected that and got us on our way in no time. We were buying furniture for our daughter and were flying home to Phoenix the next morning. From start to finish, everyone we dealt with with professional, friendly and could not do enough to help us out. I forgot the names of the two people at the payment area who checked us out which is unfortunate because they were also a great asset to this company. He gave me spot on directions to the warehouse and we got there in no time. Fantastic job everyone, wish you were in Phoenix, we would only use your store. Thank you!

Rooms for Less
After going to American Freight and Furniture land and getting refunds for poor customer service, unprofessionalism and honestly just people who blatantly lie, I went to Rooms For Less as my last resort. I was extremely skeptical as I had the bad experiences at the other places. They had the exact bed set and dresser I was looking for. The staff was helpful. The prices were definitely fair compared to the other two places who were charging me a lot more the the exact same product and American Freight and a poorer quality product at Furniture Land. I bought it that day, we set up a delivery day and time, and, shockingly it was delivered and set up just when they said it would be. The delivery guys were very nice and experienced. As a single woman who is not at all street savvy or smart when it comes to this type of thing, I would definitely recommend Rooms For Less. They are professional, very helpful, were very honest with me, and did't sell me lies. I had a great experience.

CLS Direct
A little disorganized and unprofessional but that was greatly offset by the amazing prices. We ordered a house full of cabinets to replace old cabinets. After a great deal of research and cost comparing their price was $thousands less for the very same brand.

CLS Direct
Ordered a couch and a love seat. Order did not come for at least 3 weeks after expected and the love seat was still on back order. They damaged my door and the door frame, doing hundreds of dollars worth of damage. The couch was taken back because it did not fit through the door. Then they told us we could not get a refund. There was no mention of this in the store at all. This is a very shady and poorly operated business.

Grolls Furniture Gallery of Easton
We bought an expensive Century sofa that was supposed to have been new according to the woman that runs the store - there were food crumbs and spiders in it when I got it home. I called and she told me all sales were final. I called Century and they told me that sofa was previously damaged so they would not warranty it. Beware of this store and the lying saleswoman.

Value City Furniture
First I want to start with the fact that I had a very good experience with the sales process. Lucy and I became fast friends as I was in the store at least once a week trying to figure out what furniture to buy as we were buying a bigger house and needed some upgrades. My husband and I couldn't agree on a sectional and finally with the help of Lucy decided on the ottoman from my favorite sectional (Ciera in brown) and my husbands favorite sectional (Monterey in beige). We wanted leather as we have children and wanted something that would last a long time and also be easy to clean. Lucy told us the best investment we could make is buying the fabric protection at $185, that way if any damage occurred to the sectional it would be covered and we would get a new sectional. She said the kids could cut it with scissors, draw all over it with marker or even burn it and it would be covered. We said, how could we pass that up!We also bought a king size mattress and a mattress cover, and a 60" arts and crafts tv cart in chocolate. We extended our delivery date of 10 days later so that it would be delivered on move in day to our new house. Delivery went perfect, all the pieces were in perfect condition. I was a happy customer. Our children got pen on the new couch. No worries, I called the warranty in and they sent something to clean it right away. It worked. Then a year in, I noticed some significant cracking and peeling. I called the warranty and they sent someone out to look at it. The man took one look and said, wow, that should not be happening at all. The couch was pristine except for one spot. He took pictures and called it in and then handed the phone to me. The woman said, sorry not covered. She said that if it happened on the back of the couch it would be covered but not on the seating area. I thought to myself, even the technician said this shouldn't be happening and why did I buy a warranty that was supposed to cover everything only it isn't covering everything. We disputed in a written letter and it was denied again. After further research, I found out that a lot of customers from multiple furniture stores were having the same problem because it was bonded leather. The furniture would be fine and then it would start to crack and peel and it wouldn't be covered under the warranty. Some have gone as far to sue. Quite frankly, I'm considering it.I would have bought a microfiber couch that could clean up easily with some soap and water than have a leather couch that is shedding every time we sit down. There is no repairing it. I would not have bought an almost $200 warranty and had a couch a year later that is peeling apart. We wasted over $1000 of our hard earned money on this product that as Lucy said was perfect for our family because the warranty covered absolutely everything. My husband called the store and was left on hold and told he would receive calls back but never did.Everyone who walks into our house asks what happened to our couch and I let them know the story and I tell them to never buy from Value City. It's a shame, because before this incident happened I was going into VCF regularly because I needed more furniture for our new house. At this point I wouldn't even want to replace the couch with the same one. I would want a microfiber couch.Do not buy from VCF and if you do, do not waste your time buying "leather" and do not be tricked into buying a warranty to cover that "leather". Other countries ban this deceptive tactics in telling people to buy "leather" and selling them a warranty to protect it when they know for a fact that it is going to fall apart.I will say that our mattress and tv cart are still perfect and that was not a waste of money.Of the $3405.23 we spent, over $1000 of that was a waste of money just a year later.
