I guess I didn't know how great my old eye doctor was until I went to this place. I was forced to switch due to my Health Insurance provider being changed. I visited the Polaris office where I was given a prescription that was WAY too powerful for my eyes (this has never happened to me before in the 13 years I've worn contacts) so I had to return for a second visit. Basically had to give the doctor my old prescription and he went off of that. I was told I would get 20% off my contacts through my insurance, then when billing came around they told me my insurance covered nothing and they had no idea where they read that but it was false. I have never met such rude front desk staff in my life, they act like they would rather eat dirt than answer your questions, and if you ask more than one they have no issues revealing how annoyed they are with you. I'll be returning to my old eye doctor and buying supplemental insurance before I go back to this place.

I've been going to Gina's exclusively for over four years and have never been dissatisfied with their service. Everyone is always very friendly, lively, and professional. As a music fan I especially love coming to get a great haircut in such a cool atmosphere, with great tunes always on the radio, and lots of fun stuff to look at. To the woman who posted the lousy post about her child misbehaving, I'd say learn how to be a parent first and control your child. In the many years I've been going there, I've never once seen any of the issues she mentioned in her post. Gina's does old fashioned straight-razor cuts with every men's haircut, as well as provides full-face shaving services you don't see anywhere, anymore. All the more reason not to have rambunctious children bouncing around without parental supervision. In my opinion, it would be a significant liability. I will be going back to Gina's for years to come! *****

Airport Barbers
Great barbers in a great family friendly atmosphere! Very comfortable. Professional and clean. A unique kinda feel. All barbers are excellent cutters which makes you feel at home. Great location near the airport. Close to Gahanna, Columbus, Mifflin Township, and Easton. Brand new shop with a smooth comfort. Cutting all types of hair and opening a beautician side soon. They also accept credit cards and is equipped with an ATM machine. All barbers have been cutting hair for over 20 years. These people were true professionals.

The care is fine, but they are almost always behind schedule. They also like to change their mind on pricing - you'll get one price over the phone, and a higher one when you go in. Not sure if they just haven't trained their staff, or if it is a larger problem, but we're getting pretty tired of it. A 50% price increase is "just a little bit more" and "still a really good price", and their attitude is pretty much "your problem, not mine" if you point it out. My suggestion would be to go somewhere else.

Razorsharp Barbershop
My name is Eric Anderson and I've been going to Razor Sharp for well over a year along with my son and sister. Marcus is our barber and I wouldn't trade him or their shop for the world. Every haircut is sweet and they take their time with each cut no matter how many people are there. Its a nice family and atmosphere too hours seem like minutes there.

Kut City Full Svc Barbershop
The guys who work here are alot of fun and they do a great job, the best fade I've seen. They trim my beard, eyebrows and any other hairs springing out of my ears or nose. They are open on Sundays too, but only by appointment. This is a nice place for men & kids but they do short haircuts for women too!

Gahanna Vision Center
This place was great! I needed my glasses adjusted and not being a client wasn't sure if they could help me. I walked in and asked, and was helped immediately. The girl helping me was very nice and did a fantastic job on adjusting them to my liking.

It was my first pair of glasses..ever. I never felt rushed. The doctor explained everything in great detail. I am upset that my 20/20 is no more but they made it easier for me.

These guys know what they're doing! Another printing company fell through so we were in a pinch, they agreed to do it in a short period of time. The hoodies look awesome!
Tips & Advices
To prepare a car for professional automotive detailing, get rid of any larger trash items that may be inside the vehicle's cabin. It's also a good idea to remove personal items--especially larger items like booster or car seats— from both the cabin and the trunk, since this allows the detailer to access all the vehicle's nooks and crannies more thoroughly.
Detailing frequency depends on a number of factors. Cars in climates that have harsh winters will need to be detailed more frequently, since snow and road salt increase the need for this type of care. Cars with black or dark paint might also need more frequent detailing than lighter cars, since dirt tends to be more visible on darker shades. It's recommended that all vehicles be detailed at least three times a year.
The length of time it takes for automobile detailing will depend on the overall condition of the car and the breadth of services being performed. An automobile detailing session can take anywhere from 30 minutes for a clean car getting minimal detailing services to an entire day for a heavily soiled car getting a complete detailing treatment.
Paint sealants are similar to car waxes, and they are often used when a car is being detailed. Relative to waxes, paint sealants leave a less shiny finish, but they offer a greater degree of protection.
Car waxing is the process of applying a protective coating to a car's paint. It’s often included with automobile detailing. Waxing can leave a car's sheet metal with a bright and shiny appearance. Car waxing also lengthens the life of a car's paint job by protecting it from the elements.
