Chop 5
I went with a friend on Monday and I believe they opened on the previous Friday. We were welcomed and the people who worked there were friendly and courteous. The problem is the price and the food. The lettuce was saturated with water. Even before they added the lettuce the silver bowl it was mixed in had at least a cup of water just laying in it. You have basically a huge bowl of lettuce with 5 ingredients for $8.00 I can go down the road to Jason's Deli and get as many toppings as I can put on my salad for the same price. Or go to Chipotle down the road and have unlimited ingredients in my bowl for one price (except an additional price for guacamole) I will not go back because the taste was primarily...water! They measure the 5 toppings that you add to the copious amount of lettuce and let me tell you, the measurement is SMALL. I was so excited to try it and I believe it is one of a kind premiering in Columbus. While I wish them success, they will need to step up their game with the food!

Texas de Brazil
I've been to Texas De Brazil in Columbus 3 times since they opened a few weeks ago! The steaks were excellent and the service was very good. Being from Brazil I am used to going to some of the best Brazilian Steak houses all over Brazil. In Brazil the best steak houses are known for having the best service in the restaurant business which is what separates them from one another. At Texas de Brazil they value service experience as they are well staffed with very friendly and well trained gauchos who help make the experience as great as it can be. I liked how their managers were constantly coming by our table and asking what our favorite cuts of meat were so they kept those coming non-stop to our table. The grill manager, the GM, the head cheff , the gauchos, and the servers all do a very good job. And my favorite part is that all gauchos speak Portuguese even if they are not Brazilians!

It's All About The Dogs
I took my dog, Cuddles, a toy fox terrier, into All About the Dogs today. We just moved to Columbus and I knew that Cud would be nervous to be handled by someone other than the groomer she had her whole life. I was amazed by the friendly service and how the groomer we had made Cud feel less anxious. She usually won't take treats from strangers, but she gladly took one from the lady and left a happy dog. The shop was a little stinky (understandably, especially since a big dog was being bathed as we walked in), but that's the only thing negative I can come up with. Cud will coming back again and again!

Northstar Cafe
I heard and read good things about this establishment so when the opportunity came up, I went ahead and dove in. The food was very good, Northstar burger and Sweet Potato Turkey hash, and so we're the drinks, albeit a little pricey. The atmosphere wasn't really relaxed although we arrived at a peak time, say around noonish. The music that was playing was a bit frenetic to match the pace of the surroundings. Overall, a good experience.

Lifetime Pet Wellness Center
My wife wanted me to take our dog to Lifetime Pet Wellness Center, who was suffering from nerve damage that was causing pain in his leg. I was EXTREAMLY skeptical about taking him to a “pet chiropractor.” However, after 3 visits, our dog isn’t showing any more symptoms. I’m still not 100% convinced that it was because of Lifetime … but the dog doesn’t have pain anymore … and that all that matters.

Tim Horton's
Always have fresh coffee! Customer service is amazing as well! There's a new worker who's mousey looking with black hair and dark eyeliner, unfortunately I forgot her name, she seems young, she's such a doll! And Tiana one of the other workers is always so adorably happy! I definitely Recommend going here!

The City Dog
We stopped in unexpectedly and the place was clean the floor was just mopped it was nice. There were only 2 young ladies watching all 40 dogs. And the kind of rock and roll they were playing didn't seem relaxing or very fitting for dogs but it was a clean place.

Fusion Fire Grill
The food was very good. The collard greens were fresh and seasoned perfectly. I enjoyed the Babi Pangang( fried pork), and the cookies and brownies were a nice finish. Best of all this was really good food served for less than fast food prices!

Went to lunch with wife on 12-27-15. Fantastic Burger. Wife was given grits though they had quit serving them. Nice friendly staff. It was a nice event when we were out-of-towners with an animal going through an medical operation.

Starbucks Coffee
Excellent service at this location. I stop by and get about a dozen of coffees before our weekly meeting. I have always been very pleased with the service and quality at this location.
Tips & Advices
Pets that do not get along with other animals may incur an additional fee. Some facilities have special solitary sleeping and play animals for these types of pets.
A checklist for what to bring to a pet kennel includes:
  • Vaccination records
  • A favorite toy or blanket
  • Food and feeding instructions (if the pet has dietary restrictions or is a picky eater)
  • Medication (if necessary, in its original bottle and with written instructions)
Some pet kennels have veterinarians as part of their daily staff, while others only have vets part time or on call.
Most kennels can provide basic care such as administering medications, but owners of pets with serious medical issues should choose a facility with a veterinarian on call.
Bordetella, commonly known as kennel cough, is highly contagious, and most dogs catch it at least once in their lifetimes. As such, all dogs should be vaccinated at least 7 days before boarding.
