Stryker Pest Control LLC
Winter seems to have brought more mice this year than ever before. I am so glad I went with Stryker Pest Control. John was nice, informative, prompt, efficient and affordable. Whereas a different chain wanted me to sign up for a year, or pay and outrageous figure just to come to my house without a contract, John spoke of no such things, he educated me some, told me how he was going to solve my mice problem, and how to prevent this from happening again. He basically give me all the info I could handle about how to never call him again for this problem, very counter productive for his business, but makes for one awesomely satisfied customer. I would recommend him to any home owner who just wants to get quality service with no fears of being ripped off or taken advantage of.

I had an issue with bees going under the siding of my house, and called one company that didn't seem interested in helping. So I found Stryker Pest Control on Google, and gave them a call. The guy that answered the phone knew exactly what I was describing and said he could take care of it no problem. He came out the next day and used a powder in the hole and under the siding. He gave us a 30 day warranty, but the bees was gone by the next morning. I highly recommend this company. They were very polite on the phone, came to the appointment on time and solved the bee issue quickly. Rob

My family called Stryker when we had fleas move into our home. John spent a lot of time schooling us on what he would be doing, how he would be doing it, and what we could expect afterwards. He did an exceptional job and followed up with us a few days later to ensure we were completely satisfied. I cannot possible recommend Stryker Pest Control enough. Courteous, knowledgeable, timely, effective...just a few of the words I would use to describe Stryker.

I had an issue with ants in our bathroom. I called and the tech came out and looked the house over. He determined they were carpenter ants, placed some bait and sprayed the entire house on the outside. He also found a nest of them in a tree and got rid of them too.We decided to get on one of their programs, and so far all seems great. We have now recommended these guys to our neighbor.Thumbs up

I used Stryker Pest Control to rid our house of a bed bug issue. Mr. Addair walked us through the steps to get rid of the problem. We are now bug free and taking back our lives. It has been a nightmare with these things, and now it feels like a lot of stress is gone. I highly recommend this company. They have been really nice and know what they are doing.

Hired these guys to remove a hornets nest from my front tree. The gentleman who came out was very professional, told me exactly what he was going to do and was in and out in less than 20 min. I will do business with these guys again! (Does't hurt that they we're one of the lest expensive out of the 4 people I called, too.)

Tips & Advices
Certain key differences separate bees from wasps and hornets. Hornets are usually 1 to 1.5 inches in length, and they may be black and white or brownish-reddish in color. They can can become very hostile if their nest is disturbed. Wasps are usually under an inch in length, and they come in a wide variety of colors. Yellow jacket wasps can be hostile, but paper wasps aren't likely to sting unless they perceive a threat.
Both live bee removal and extermination work quite successfully to get rid of bees. However, with extermination, the pesticides used may contaminate other beehives in the community, and this may wipe out local colonies. With live bee removal, bees are trapped and relocated without the use of harmful pesticides. This type of bee removal can be a lot kinder to the local ecology.
Yes, there are several steps you can take to keep bees away from your property. Bees will be attracted to structures that can house their nests, so it's a good idea to minimize outdoor clutter by removing items such as unused appliances and lawn equipment from your yard. If you have previously had a bee problem, make sure the hive and all traces of honeycomb are completely removed, since these bear pheromones that might attract new colonies.
The bee removal process can be handled very swiftly if it is tackled by professionals. If you have a hive on your property, bee removal experts can locate it and remove it within an hour or two. Bee removal professionals have the resources and training to ensure that the process is handled both quickly and safely.
Unlike other types of bee removal, live bee removal does not kill bees. Instead, this type of bee removal relocates bees to an agricultural locale or bee apiary where their pollination abilities can provide maximum value. Live bee removal is available to both commercial and residential customers, and it works to support and preserve the dwindling bee population.
